After borrowing an Ergo carrier from a friend, I knew it was what I wanted. I bought my Ergo through First Signs so as to guarantee a genuine product, and also because I was tired of only finding the boring black version for sale at other trusted outlets like John Lewis! I love the grey galaxy edition, and was very happy to find it at a great price here - with free delivery no less. It was dispatched very quickly too. Now when I recommend an Ergo to others, which I surely will, I can also recommend where to buy one! Thanks to Jackie at First Signs for the excellent service.

What can I say that hasn't already been said? Probably nothing, except reading these reviews I have just discovered that ergo also do a doll carrier for children! My daughter is only five months but I'm already putting this on her Christmas list for in a couple of years' time!

I ordered my ergo from Jackie because I wanted to ensure it was genuine. I ummed and aaahed for a few weeks, trying stretchy wraps (fine when the baby was tiny), mei tais (could never get comfortable) and woven wraps (too fiddly) with limited success. I managed to re-sell the different carriers I'd tried, but wish I'd saved myself the bother and gone with the ergo straight away. When I 'confessed' my extravagant purchase to my best friend in Norway, a mother of three, she couldn't believe she hadn't had the 'ergo chat' with me. She said she's had one for years and carried her youngest until he was 3 1/2. She said it's without a doubt the best baby purchase she's ever made and on her recommendation she knows more than ten parents who have bought one. When the ergo arrived it was even better than I thought and I've used it daily since! My daughter started getting teeth at four months, so the teething pads were a great investment too. I absolutely LOVE my ergo ad Jackie was a fab seller. Friendly, helpful, funny and efficient. I've never been happier spending over £100! Best purchase ever. :)

We knew ERGO from our friends before our baby son was born and we had already made our decision to use ERGO. After finding out First Signs and doing some research we decided to go and try the carrier on before we actually make a decision. We definitely had a very pleasant experience listening to Jackie's patient and friendly explanation and such useful tips and eventually we decided to buy the carrier there without any doubt. We have been using the ERGO baby carrier since we were still in the UK and we have found it so comfortable to use and we also have to say that our baby boy also enjoys being carried in it which makes him a small traveller!

We are so lucky because my husband, myself and my children all went to visit Jackie for a professional and individual Ergo fitting . Jackie was very welcoming, tirelessly helpful and very patient in teaching us how to get the best from the Ergo. It was like being fitted for shoes- we needed to make sure the Ergo would fit me ( at 5'6) and my much larger husband at (6'2)and we tried on a couple to check we had the right style . We bought the Ergo Sport in the end. . Jackie has said we are welcome anytime to go back to see her for reminders and more advice . I'm so glad we didn't just get one online as we would have missed out on getting all Jackie's advice, hints & tips and the very individual and personal help that we needed.
In terms of having an Ergo -
I wish we had discovered them earlier .. Now we have ours I can't imagine life without it ! We love carrying our 10 month old and are so pleased that we made the right decision to buy an Ergo off Jackie . I would recommend having an Ergo to everyone and there's only one way to buy it - from Jackie

Wanted to make sure we bought a genuine Ergo so we bought one through Jackie at First Signs. Brilliant and very friendly service after a terrible experience at our local stockist and very happy with the product. Big improvement on what we were using before.

Having read about all the fake Ergo carriers on the market, I went to First Signs as I knew they were an authorised retailer. The site was easy to use and once ordered the carrier arrived really quickly. Jackie gave great service, and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone!

I don't normally do reviews online of products or companies but was so impressed in this instance I thought I would. The product arrived by the next post in tip top condition with a very friendly email to let me know it was on its way.

We have really found the ergo carrier to be so light and easy to carry our one year old. Fab for carrying on trains for holidays as it is so light to add in with our luggage.

I wanted a genuine Ergo at the best price and that's what I got. I was also impressed by the speedy service. The carrier itself is super comfy too!

Jackie has provided wonderful service throughout my process of buying the ergo baby infant insert and teething pads. Packaged came promptly.

After a couple of months, I actually received an email from Jackie, asking if all is good. I reflected to her that my baby insert, for some reason started to discolour slightly after the first wash. Functionally it worked fine, just that the color wasnt too pleasant to the eyes, After sending over pictures, Jackie was in the mode to ensure i get my infant insert replaced. As I'm residing in Singapore, we could only communicate is email. Jackie went above and beyond what I expected and true to her words, she got me a new set of infant insert.

Throughout this process, Jackie was not only professional, but a responsible seller, making sure her customers are satisfied. I'm absolutely delighted I purchased from her and will definitely do so in the future .

I had a very good experience using this website. Ergo carrier is a must for all parents who wish to carry their children, My only regret is that I didn't buy this one straight from the start , I could've saved myself few pennies, it is a good investment .

I found first signs website through searching around for forgeries on ergo products. After reading the information on jackies website and checking online I decided to order as the prices are the best and I was confident that I would get the genuine thing! The product quickly arrived and Jackie had already emailed me in person which I was very impressed with. I have already recommended the site to my friends.

This is a quality item, made to a high standard and it offers very good value.
My 3 year Granddaughter was delighted to have this to carry her doll, while mum was carrying her new baby sister in her full size Ergo. She looked so grown up striding off to the park with Mum and baby sister.

This is a brillaint website, great product, I was in a fortunate position to be able to try the Ergo carrier for size out in a local shop, unfortunately the price was a bit expensive, after searching online I found this site, and saved about £20 with full knowledge it was a genuine product not a fake. Service was excellent, so much so I've recommennded it to many friends.

I was lucky enough to try a friend's ergo and found it incredibly comfortable and easy to use, so I have just bought one for my second baby who is now 18 weeks. With all the publicity about fakes I thought it would be a nightmare to find a real one, but Jackie's website made it easy to check direct with ergo (which I did and they confirmed that First Signs is a fully authorised retailer). My ergo carrier arrived very promptly. I had one minor query which Jackie answered immediately. Absolutely flawless service, and a good price for the genuine article. I am already telling all my friends!

Great service from Jackie! The delivery was within a week and the price for an authentic Ergobaby was unbeatable. I've since had some follow-up mails from Jackie to make sure I am 100% happy with the product, and she has also emailed me a variety of helpful links for the first time I carry Bubba on the back! I admit it's a bit daunting to try that position, but I'm so pleased with this carrier that I know it will be worth the practice. I've been asked loads about the EB and have passed on a few cards too. Can't recommend Jackie highly enough and I LOVE my EB :O)

As there are so many fake Ergos around I was keen to purchase from an authorised dealer, hence went with First Signs. I found Jackie really helpful in discussing options and decided on the original Ergo. Once ordered it arrived incredibly quickly. I've been really happy with it as a carrier for both myself and my husband to use and when I decided to purchase an Ergo sling bag, I immediately ordered from First Signs again.
