What an excellent company I had to…
What an excellent company I had to cancel my policy today as I had been incorrectly told by another company that I didn’t have insurance with them.
Fist2protect were so understanding and felt with the refund immediately. I will definitely be going back to them in November when my policy DOES run out.

The call handler had his work cut out…
The call handler had his work cut out as I ribbed him over the t&cs small print & in all fairness he did his homework as we'd been with LV for over 40yrs !!!( they had doubled the amount & we had never claimed in 40 yrs)
We were happy with the answers & moved the house Insurance over to the new Insurer

Speedy and professional.
Having spoken to my current insurers about the situation, who were less than helpful, I received a call from first2protect much earlier than another broker said I would, which was a pleasant surprise. Oscar was professional and informative throughout, but most of all was able meet the need of my call.
