I didn't use them and despite phoning straight away to cancel they still took my money.
I searched the Internet for meet and greet services and this one comes up as one. Once I received confirmation it actually isn't a true meet and greet. I phoned immediately upon realising that it wasn't a meet and greet and was told to email and they would cancel it from their system. I did just that and they still charged me. When I phoned back to complain they told me it was too late. I sent another note of complaint and they ignored my email.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ~ they do not offer a true meet and greet service. And they have fleeced me of my money.

I am sorry that you are unhappy with the service you did or did not receive.
We are a true meet and greet service as I have previously explained. We meet you at the terminal in the short stay (the only place permitted to do so)which then leaves you yards to walk.
I feel maybe you were looking for someone to escort you into the airport and meet you from your flight, this was never made clear to me? but unfortunately this is not something we offer which is why our prices are as they are.
It is clearly stated on our website 'before' you book what service we offer and a complete breakdown of procedure is available to view.
I would always advise reading the information available to you before you pay for any service.
We were unable to refund your monies on the basis of the notice given. When you book, a space is automatically allocated to your vehicle and would have remained unused for the duration of the booking.
Before you paid you were asked to agree to our terms and conditions which you did and all of our refund procedures are there for you to view.
It is at the managers discretion to refund a case such as this and it was decided against on the basis that you paid for a service without reading a description and were very aggressive in your worded email with regards to where blame was to lay.
Therefore again I do apologize for any inconvenience caused but unfortunately we were in no way at fault in this instance.
Great place to get your car scratched
I have used this service several times, not the time keepers in the world! I did not have any problems until the last time I used them my car was returned to me scratched and after discussing this with First Choice they told me the scratches where there when I handed over the car to there staff. I am very sorry to say that the scratches were not there and first choice could offer no proof that the scratches were there before they took my car. After this episode I will never use First Choice again. A very dis-satisfied customer!

Great value and very professional
Cheapest car parking service I found for Gatwick Airport.
Friendly over the phone and in person.
I had one tyre go flat within a week and told them about it, and they pump it up for me so it was good as new when I pick it up.
I have already used them twice and will keep using them.
Very pleased with their service. It´s almost too good to be true.

1st Choice are reliable and professional any time day or night.
We have used them twice now, when we went away for a week each time and both times it was a very good experience. The representative was waiting for us each time when we were dropping the car, there was no need to wait for them and worry about missing the plane! Both times we returned around midnight and there was only about 10-15 minutes wait time for them to bring our car to us. We are very pleased with their service, will definitely use them again and would recommend them to everyone

every time we phoned them they said "a couple more minutes"
when the car eventually arrived the guy didn't even say sorry for the delay.
we definitely won't use them again!

I am so sorry to hear that you did not enjoy our service. Unfortunately as you may be aware we were experiencing grid locked traffic due to the server weather conditions and unfortunately we were unable to avoid delays. We called in every available member of staff but to no avail.
However, there are no excuses for a lack in communication. You should have been made aware of the situation and given a more accurate time of drop off which would have at least allowed you to wait in the warm with a coffee. I sincerely apologize that this was not done and staff miss informed you. I also apologize if our staff were not sincere. They were under extreme pressure, to an enormity which they had never experienced before. However there are no excuses for rudeness so I apologize on their behalf.
Lateness of this severity is extremely rare and I hope for your understanding and would ask that you consider giving us the opportunity to rectify our mistake in the future.
