Amazing customer service
I needed to purchase a Garmin accessory and wanted to find a reputable company (checked on TrustPilot) to order it from - and preferably with free delivery.
I’ve never purchased from First Class Watches before and am so glad I opted to order from them.
My purchase was applicable for 10% off and delivery was free which also influenced my decision. I realised that I ordered the wrong size product and made contact via WhatsApp on Monday evening not overly hopeful that they’d be able to assist in time to intercept the order but they responded very first thing on Tuesday and had altered the order. My order then arrived (the correct, altered size) today!
Brilliant company and super responsive service, as I’d hoped given the trustpilot reviews. I’ll be sure to use them again in future.

This is different type of review
This is different type of review. I bought a watch for my wife and it was delivered well, on time, packaged properly etc….. but sadly it didn’t suit her.. the face was smaller than we thought so we had to return it. This is when you find out if a retailer is everything they claim to be.. my return was handled professionally and my refund was delivered quickly.. I would definitely trust First Class Watches in the future.. professional outfit
