FCW stock interesting brands and I liked that they carried IKEPOD and they had a sale where I purchased an Ikepod watch. Awesome Glock watch from FCW
I purchased a Glock watch from First Class Watches and it has been commented on by lots of people.
The watch and service from FCW was great and it represents excellent value for money and has been mistaken several times for a much more expensive brand of watch.
What started out as an impulse purchase of a watch for occasional use has now turned into my everyday wear.

Ordered a watches, received a bracelet, I have returned the bracelet and got no refund. They are telling me they sent a different watch by accident (which I have not received), just a simple bracelet I have not ordered.

We are very sorry for the disappointing experience relating to this order. We take customer service very seriously, and always try to resolve all issues to the best of our ability.
As we have discussed previously, there was an unfortunate human error when the order was sent: you were accidentally sent a higher-value Coach watch and bracelet set (in a single Coach box) instead of the single watch you ordered. However, when you returned the package to us, only the bracelet was enclosed.
As we have detailed in our email correspondence, our packing photographs and dispatch CCTV conclusively show that the complete set was securely sealed in the box before being handed to the courier. Furthermore, the courier has completed an official investigation and ruled out any tampering or loss in transit.
Because the primary component of the set (the watch) has been withheld, we cannot issue a refund for an incomplete return. As you have escalated this matter to PayPal, we have provided them with all our dispatch evidence and courier reports, and we now await their final resolution.
