Transfer issues and pin issues
I spoke with your agent Bryan at the 1st Tech Branch in Roseville, CA. I had several issues that I needed help with and he was great! He was very patient as he walked me through all the steps to get resolution. I kept apologizing for taking so long but he was very kind and told me it was his pleasure to help me. It probably took at least 25 minutes as we tried several times until I finally got it! He was very sweet and so kind. He's one of the reasons I keep my account there. Please give him a raise! He deserves it!
