What makes this experience along with every other experience GREAT are the employees at the Roseville branch. Mike V. helped me set up all of my accounts, while Afsi P. as well as everyone else constantly goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Great Premiere Banking Service
Taaniya Padda has been extremely helpful and responsive. She helped us to get the maximum interest on all of our savings accounts. She gave us excellent advise for our recent foreign travel and has been very available to answer any questions or concerns that we might have.

My name Is Quinton and I am a new member with First Tech credit union. I spoke with a young lady by the name of Ro who was by far the most PLEASANT , PROFESSIONAL and KIND HEARTED person I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

Transfer issues and pin issues
I spoke with your agent Bryan at the 1st Tech Branch in Roseville, CA. I had several issues that I needed help with and he was great! He was very patient as he walked me through all the steps to get resolution. I kept apologizing for taking so long but he was very kind and told me it was his pleasure to help me. It probably took at least 25 minutes as we tried several times until I finally got it! He was very sweet and so kind. He's one of the reasons I keep my account there. Please give him a raise! He deserves it!
