It’s our go to girl, Miss Jessica! She makes anything I need move as quick as lightning, unless I just want to shoot the shit with her. Lol. She sticks to Buisness, is efficient, lovely, intelligent, warm and just the best! She better not think of leaving! You all better take good care of her! She cleans up other peoples messes, too. My mom needed paperwork to add me to her acct and it didn’t happen UNTIL I sat with Jessica. She makes a few calls and POOF, it’s all sorted out. She makes everything look easy. She knows her shit!

Recently We changed our Rewards…
Recently We changed our Rewards Checking and Savings into the name of our Trust. Upon doing that I am NO longer able to track the progress, on-line, towards meeting the requirements to gain our reward interest. This is unacceptable. Please let me know when this deficiency will be corrected.

I accompanied my 97 year old mother…
I accompanied my 97 year old mother into First Tec Roseville office to discuss her 250000 CD’s maturing, we had the displeasure of dealing with the branch manager who was extremely rude and unprofessional. When we suggested that we may end our relationship with First Tec he encouraged us to do so. We are very concerned that first Tecs representatives that contacted my mother by phone and advised her to roll her CD over from her account five years ago, which were earning a decent interest rate into a 5 year term CD with a extremely low rate. We expressed our concern about that transaction only to be scolded that the practice was totally legal and proper. He then encouraged us to take our business elsewhere.

Great visit!
It was my first time in a long time visiting my local branch, greeted the minute I walked in by gentleman sitting at greeter station and signed me in. He communicated there would be a wait, which I didn’t mind. By the time it was my turn I got great service from Afsi, Jessica and Mike. Will definitely be coming back to do more business.

Employer Issa Hasan is not to be trusted
I had a good experience with their Notary on 03/14/26
However my previous experience with:
ISSA HASAN - at our Roseville location
was terrible.
We went in to get a new ATM card. He got myself and my husband to close our Rewards Checking Account, saying that the banking was phasing that out and we had to. And he opened a new checking account for us, with some new promotional reward system.
I found out later that we did not have to close our Rewards Checking Account. They were not offering it to new members but older members who had it could keep it and keep earning dividends on their balance, which we cannot with our new account.
He tricked us to make his sales look good.
He was evasive when we tried to reach out later.
