Afsi is a gem
My husband and I needed assistance with obtaining a loan to help our son purchase an airplane. Afsi Pour in the Roseville, CA office was very helpful in finding a way to meet our needs. Once that was completed, she notified us of beneficial short term interest rate accounts as well as put us in touch with their investment advisors. Afsi calls me periodically to keep us apprised on interest rates and changes that are happening. She is a gem!

I received excellent customer service from Mike Vaughan at the Roseville Parkway branch. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made my banking experience enjoyable. They went out of their way to accommodate my needs after a miscommunication with the call center. Truly impressed, again, with FTFCU.

I really like having First Tech's Premier service. It has been very helpful to have Taaniya available to talk to directly and to assist with my and my mother's needs.
Side note, also really like the recent update to online banking to make the CD expiration dates visible on the dashboard and simplify the CD renewals process when you need to make a change.
