I highly recommend First Tech!

I adore Amanda Urias! She has helped my husband and I with our online banking many times ant First Tech through several life transitions and was able to successfully resolve all our issues. She gives great service and is very communicative! We consistently receive timely and personalized care at First Tech - I highly recommend First Tech!

The hospitality and professionalism of…

The hospitality and professionalism of your people at the Santa Rosa branch is without equal. From the moment I walked in the branch a couple weeks ago, I (and my wife as well on our second visit) have been treated better than I ever have in nearly 50 years of being a customer at a variety of financial institutions. Amanda and Mayra specifically, but each and every other employee I witnessed in the branch are truly wonderful people. I am completely sold on being a customer the rest of my life!

I had a problem with an ACH transfer today & it triggered an automatic overdraft transfer into my account. I have never experienced this before. I called my long time contact at the Santa Rosa branch. Sophia Freedman has been my go-to financial aid for many years & has always been there to help out with any questions & has always come through for us. She's the ultimate employee!!

Great experience at First Tech Credit Union

I visited my local First Tech branch yesterday to verify that my wife will have 100% access to all our accounts upon my passing. Sophia Freedman was very helpful; in addition to verifying that my wife will have total control, she helped me complete a POD beneficiary form to ensure my children will have access to our accounts if my wife and I both were to die. I really appreciated how Sophia spent time with me to ensure that all my concerns were addressed.

Amanda U. answered All my questions and she helped me with transactions that I wasn't able to do on my end. She also provided hope for getting help with our accounts. Very helpful!
