Exemi, the financial solutions representative, was extremely helpful and supportive as I removed a co-signer then closed an account transferring the funds to another existing account. I also had support opening a 6mo CD. He was compassionate toward my life changes and offered encouragement.

Sophia is the best
Sophia is the best! I made an appointment for my Mom and I to meet with Sophia, so we could add some accounts and open a CD. Sophia answered all of our questions and carefully set everything up the way we wanted. She was pleasant and kind in her interactions with us and didn’t make us feel rushed or hurried. I really appreciate her experience and expertise and will make another appointment with her the next time I need help. Thank you Sophia!

I believe that I have been treated terribly by the credit union that I formerly trusted. I have been denied basic services by the staff in Santa Rosa. You contacted me about my investment in the credit union. How could you expect me to continue when the staff has been so rude to me, a loyal member.

The best banking experience ever
Every time I walk into first tech, they know me by name. I’ve never been able to stump them, always great help from everyone on their staff. Particularly Sophia, who I have known for more than 10 years. She takes care of me and goes beyond. I like them so much that I don’t even have a regular bank. Just First Tech!

Best Credit Union!
I have been with First Tech for over 20 years and can always depend on excellent service. Sophia Freedman is my go to Representative who goes out of her way to be helpful and complete my requests. I also appreciate her making me aware of new products that I might be interested in. First Tech is my first choice in credit unions.

Excellent support from Mayra, Cara and the First Tech team in Santa Rosa.. as usual. This is a friendly and capable team that has always gone the extra mile to provide exceptional in person service. In this case, I was trying to transition names on my account also involving the issuing of cards and printing of an exceptionally long name. From the friendly welcome we always get and the patient work of Mayra with the team to ensure that this happened without the need for a repeat visit, you have a satisfied customer.
