Kristina Rainwater assisted me today to move funds from my IRA account and also to choose the method to reinvest the remaining funds in the most profitable choice I was comfortable with. She was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. It was perhaps the quickest and most pleasant experience I've encountered in my many years of investing with Addison Ave/1st Tech. I appreciate the high quality of service the credit union offers me. It is why I moved the balance of my investments to 1st Tech over time.
I'm not certain which Oregon location this service originated from.

We were looking for a new credit union in our area and happened to see First Tech getting great reviews online. We set up an appointment and met with David. He was so kind in answering ALL our questions and we are now new members. David went above and beyond to walk us through the process and even supplied extra budgeting resource tips. We are super excited to get everything we wanted in a credit union and also GREAT customer service!

I called for help to manage my old and new debit cards. Shari assisted me and was VERY helpful. She also answered questions about the reward checking and credit card benefits. Thank you Shari.

Cara was amazing! She quickly helped me update my banking details and explained Zelle clearly. Very professional and kind.

A.J Huy is such a professional, friendly premier Banker. He’s always so friendly and so helpful, with all of my banking needs. He goes above and beyond to help us out! First Tech definitely has a top notch banker there! Highly recommend!!

Myah Jackson was great to work with help both my wife and I set up joint checking/ savings accounts. Myah was super thorough, patient which made the process pretty fast and painless.

My experience with First Tech has been great. Frank Lee was my first contact for customer service in June and he was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I had to place a second call this month due to problems with internet payment. Frank Lee was again my customer service representative. I knew I would be helped, and he took my payment promptly and securely. I know I can count on receiving the best customer service with First Tech.

Yolanda Rodriguez Silva was extremely helpful in completing my request promptly and in addressing all of my concerns. First Tech Federal Credit Union is very lucky to have her representing their company.

Myah Jackson is amazing! Through all my banking mishaps she’s always able to calm me down and fix things. She’s always available if I have questions and very thorough in conversation and where things are going. Keep up the good work!

David not only effectively took care of the transactions that I specifically came in for today, but he went the extra mile in offering to send me a personal reminder e-mail next month regarding my upcoming CD maturity date.
