I have used FSS for over 20 years, and they are very reliable and stock excellent products at reasonable prices. The ordering process is easy and delivery quick, with super communications. The products, I have found, are always very robust and if looked after will last a lifetime!

When we arrived we were made to feel welcome by the sales team. We were approached by Andy who asked us about our requirements for the treadmill (what we came in for) then pointed us towards some machines that met what we wanted. He gave us information about each of them and let us take our time to look around and try them out. There was no pressure to buy a particular one; he provided information about each of them and the features that we would find useful. All in all a great experience; Andy was very knowledgeable and helpful.

We purchased the treadmill on Sunday and delivery was arranged for the Wednesday.

Fantastic experience-when you want to select your fitness equipment you can’t get any better. Can spend as much time as you want. Very helpful and left with what we were looking for.

Excellent help and advice from Andy Redfern. Andy provided an overview of all the exercise bikes on offer (pros and cons) then left us to try out the models we were interested in. I appreciated his un pushy and professional approach. We’re very happy with the model we selected.

After many comms with FSS at Gloucester branch, my retired treadmill weighing 174kg was collected, in piece parts, and a new treadmill, 155kg was successfully delivered.

We had a great experience at this Gloucester store as the sales advisor Andy listened to our needs and helped us narrow down our choice. Andy was very friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He also recommended visiting Gloucester cathedral nearby which was thoroughly enjoyed. The option to pay a deposit to secure the purchase was very convenient as gave us time to make space for equipment. When we phoned to confirm we were ready to receive the equipment, delivery was offered the very next day. Three hour delivery time-slot confirmed by AIT the night before and two people delivered on time and assembled without issue. We are very pleased with our purchase and would highly recommend this store.

Good support in store, lots of equipment to try out in store prior to buying. Definitely recommend trying before you buy and having these type of stores is great for this. Eventually decided on the Body Power TITAN MFT Elite - Multi-Functional Trainer, excellent piece of kit and has a high quality feel/look. Prompt delivery, good instructions for assembly, would absolutely use again.

I knew what I wanted but didn’t know which brand had the features I required, and was within budget. Josh has served us before and he was just as helpful this time. He explained simply which brands didn’t fit my criteria and those that did. I tried a number of different models and we discussed the pros and cons of each. He was extremely patient. I ended up buying a Life Fitness F3 model. Delivery is booked and removal of my old treadmill. Can’t wait. Thanks Josh.
