Fitness Superstore - Gloucester Reviews 

From our visit at the showroom to the final delivery and installation we had a wonderful experience. When we went to the showroom we were debating between the Horizon at zone 7.4 and Sole F63. Josh at the Gloucester branch recommended the F63 and let us try the treadmill. I then found I needed the stats to be bigger due to being site impaired and he showed us the F85, which we liked but was a bit too expensive. We gave our details and a few days later he called to say there is a short time when the F85 will be the same price as the F63. He sent us the quote and did not pressure us at all. A few days later we paid the holding deposit and while we saved up for the next few months, not once did they email ask are we ready yet. They let us reach out when we were ready which we really appreciate. I also forgot to mention that when we were trying out the F85, Josh didn’t rush us and even said we should take our time to make sure we actually like it.

After we paid the remaining amount delivery was arranged very smoothly. I chose a date and I received emails for each stage of the delivery. The delivery team even arrived earlier than estimated and it only took them 20 minutes to build and install the treadmill which would have taken much longer if we attempted it ourselves. Over all very happy with the entire process. I am glad we took the recommendation to buy the Sole F85 because it is easy to use and feels very solid and feels quite similar to the treadmills at the gym.

They were also very approachable. We didn’t know how to fold the treadmill and we called them for help. They were very patient in walking us through how to do it properly.

I wouldn’t hesitate to get more equipment from Fitness superstore.

Amazing experience with with Andy in the Gloucester branch, he was knowledgeable patient, made a solid recommendation which was delivered yesterday just as he said it was straightforward to assemble - just had the first run on our new treadmill which was excellent!

When we first visited the store we were, at our request, left to wander, look and try various items. we then discussed our needs and obtained great guidance with no hard sell. Delivery and construction were also excellent, would have taken me forever and the equipment is very well built and heavy.

Its great when you can visit a store and they have everything to see, particularly if you are planning to spend money on gym equipment.

Luckily the Gloucester store is not to far for me and I took a punt and a short journey up the motorway. The shop is large and has a huge range of fitness equipment of all types.

I was planning on buying a multigym and they had a large range of options available. The staff there were really helpful and took the time to discuss what I was looking for and going around talking about the options, pros and cons of the equipment. Its clear the staff know their stuff and provided some great guidance,

In the end I decided to purchase the Body Power TITAN MFT Elite - Multi-Functional Trainer with Counterbalanced Smith and Half Rack, more about that later.

The purchase experience was great and I also paid for the installation service.

A few weeks later the van turned up and the installation team, as per the team in the shop, they were professional, helpful and in no time at all it was installed and ready for use.

As for the Titan MFT elite, its a brilliant piece of kit and really does come with 99% of the extras you are ever going to need including a wide range of bars, handles etc, it really does tick all the boxes.

I have been using it about 6 weeks now and I wanted to wait a few weeks before writing a review.

Its a solid piece of kit and I have not experienced any issues and based on the unit I cant imagine running into any issues. Everything is well built and looks like it will stand the test of time.

It really has transformed the way I train and just has everything thing you need to take on almost any sort of weight exercise, I really cant recommend it enough.

Post purchase and installation the after care and customer support has been excellent. When it arrived there were 2 rollers missing for one of the add on pieces. Their customer care team were straight on it and quickly ordered them and sent them out.

End to end its a great place to review and purchase equipment from and a lot better than taking a punt on something you see online.

Had a great experience at Gloucester to have a go on treadmills where Andy was super helpful and informative. Was able to run on the machines I was looking at, try connecting with my Runna app, check out all the features. Got a good quote for the few I was looking at, wasn’t pressured into a sale on the spot. Went home and ordered a couple of days later. Delivery was a couple of days later. Delivery was great. Easy to assemble the Sole F80 in less than an hour and getting running that evening!

We were interested in a new treadmill. Josh took us through all the options after listening to our requirements and was very helpful.

Was after a treadmill and every review online seemed to suggest just one model. Went to Fitness Superstore in Gloucester, which had about 20 different brands and models on show in store, including the one every review suggested. Josh walked me through 4 different models at my price point - took time to explain the pros and cons of each. Gave me prices for each, which I would later find out through Googling, were about 10% cheaper than anything else online. No pressure to buy. I left the store, went away and had a think and ordered by phone the next day. Treadmill arrived 2 days later. Couldn't be happier with the purchase.

Very polite reception on entering the Gloucester store. The staff member listened to our needs, queried and areas that he felt apt and offered us several treadmills to consider. After a quick road-test we placed our order and were promised a delivery in 3 days (the treadmill arrived as promised)
