Fitness Superstore - Gloucester Reviews 

I knew what I wanted but didn’t know which brand had the features I required, and was within budget. Josh has served us before and he was just as helpful this time. He explained simply which brands didn’t fit my criteria and those that did. I tried a number of different models and we discussed the pros and cons of each. He was extremely patient. I ended up buying a Life Fitness F3 model. Delivery is booked and removal of my old treadmill. Can’t wait. Thanks Josh.

Both staff members were very friendly and happy to help. We spent over 3 hours in the store choosing kit for our new business and Andy was very patient whilst we made our decisions.

We were assisted by Andy. He was fantastic: very helpful and friendly, but neither pushy nor overly "chummy". He answered all our queries, and allowed us to try out all the machines we wanted. The store itself is perfect for being able to try the equipment. It is well-lit and spacious. We would highly recommend both Andy and the store. Added bonus: great discussion about music as we completed our purchase of our lovely new water rower!

Bought the Sole F65 treadmill and Body Power Pro gym with leg press.
Both good quality, solid construction and good to use.
Hugh was very helpful in the Gloucester store.
I opted to build myself, some details not that clear but with logic, all went together and now in use.

Andy was knowledgeable on his treadmill products. He gave us a large amount of time. Would have been 5 star but was unable to give us all knowledge required on a bike.

Honest opions and a great delivery serice

Andy was great to deal with, I found 3 possible Cross Trainers online, and all three were available to try out at Fitness Superstore in Gloucester which was just perfect.
Andy was super helpful and made things very easy for us, online discounts were also matched, all in all, a fabulous experience.

Visited the Gloucester Fitness Superstore showroom as I wanted to test my shortlist of treadmills before purchase. Was looked after by Josh N, who was very thorough in understanding my requirements and showed me all options that met my needs. Good offer available on the Body Power Titan treadmill so went with that despite not being a familiar name. Delivery arranged for early following week. Kept up to date with delivery slot and arrived on time. Delivery drivers we very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful despite the weight, helping place the treadmill in our gym shed at the back of our property. A few weeks in and the treadmill has been thoroughly tested and is a really good alternative to a more expensive 'commercial' treadmill. Very sturdy and good top speed which my sons utilise (both 400m club runners). Surprisingly good speed transition which seems slow at first but great if doing intervals as you don't get any jarring as the speed drops down which is present on most treadmills I've tried. No real gripes at this stage although the drink holders could be slightly deeper and at first found that the treadmill blocked our powerline Wi-fi in the gym due to electrical interference. Fixed that by plugging the treadmill in via a surge protector. All in all great service from Josh at Fitness Superstore, the delivery drivers and the product itself.

Andy Redfern at Fitness Superstore Gloucester was a pleasure to deal with when we bought our Schwinn Spinning Bike, friendly, knowledgable and not pushy, can thoroughly recommend.

Andy was most helpful and informative and never imposed with any sales pressure. Talked us through the options, our budget ,and listened to what we wanted. Home equipment isn’t cheap so you need good advice and service. If the delivery and installation are as good as the in store service from Andy then I’ll be more than happy .

I had a fantastic experience at Fitness Superstore in Gloucester and wanted to highlight the excellent customer service I received from Josh N.

I went in looking for a treadmill and Josh was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He took the time to walk me through several different options and clearly explained the pros of each machine I looked at, which made comparing them much easier. There was absolutely no pressure—just honest, knowledgeable advice and plenty of patience while I asked questions and tried things out.

It’s rare to find someone who is both so well-informed and genuinely interested in helping you find the right product. Josh made the whole process straightforward and enjoyable.

Great service all round and a real credit to the store. Highly recommended if you’re looking for fitness equipment and want knowledgeable, helpful guidance.

The staff was very clear at explaining the equipment and I was left to try it before deciding.

The deivery was on time and the bike was assembled competently and speedily.

Needed some advice so went into the Gloucester store and spoke to Andy, who talked me through the available options and helped me decide the best solution for me.

I purchased the Body Power TITAN-RowMaster Rowing Machine. Excellent piece of kit. Solid, with great build quality. As good as the Concept2 for less money. It was a pleasure to purchase from Fitness Superstore Gloucester. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend. Be my first port of call for fitness equipment.
