yet again here we go .1 more day and i am sending it back ,i contacted there customer service,they gave me email to send stuff to as i did.now today i get the manufacturer deals with its own machines and that they have passed my message on to them so yet another day wasted.why did they not give me the manufactuers email as they are doing nothing in reality,will find it today and make it clear i will not buy there products from this shop again,also i remmber when i brought my first one and had to thread the cables etc but this one they were done already so not sure if this is brand new.will be making inquiries with other sellers.i do not recommend buying from this shop ,so now was delivered in 2 weeks not 2 to 4 days and still cannot use.useless and have now decided to find manufacter and talk to them direct.fitness superstore rubbish
