Knowledgeable no pressure friendly service
Went to Fitness Superstore to look at some functional Trainers & racks. Leon showed us around the different options, he was very knowledgeable about all the options and the pros and cons for each of them. We didn't feel any pressure and he gave us plenty of time to discuss. They had a great range to view and ended up purchasing the GET RXD-RX3 Tornado machine. Looking forward to getting it set up

Jordan at the Northampton store was great
Jordan at the Northampton store was really helpful, and knew a lot about cross trainers. I settled on the Sole E25 and so far am really happy with it. Delivery also good and glad I paid the extra to have it built.

Great staff - very helpful
Went into the Northampton branch to try out and purchase some equipment. Jordan Chester assisted me both times I was there and he was very knowledgeable and attentive. Every member of staff I interacted with over the phone and in store were great.

Lee and Tommy installed the abductor…
Lee and Tommy installed the abductor machine today and were punctual arriving, enthusiastic in seeing the gym location and built everything within the hour. They recommended moving our original location by 90degrees so as to not conflict with our other equipment - they were correct, a much better setup. Gym left very tidy and they gave us a quick demo before leaving. Very impressed with the boys.

I was a first time shopper looking to get fitter - I found the environment at the superstore relaxed clean and absolutely no hard sell - The person serving us was helpful, informative and offered advice which was very helpful and allowed us time to make the decision we needed, Prices were good compared to the market and the placing of the order and the receipt of the delivery after 2 days was floorless. Northampton branch highly recommended
Very impressed with the showroom and staff. Everything you could possibly want for a gym arranged for you to test and view prices and spec. Leon the staff member who assisted me was friendly and very knowledgeable and wasn’t pushy. He knew instantly what products would fit my specific height requirements without hesitation.
Would highly recommend the Northampton branch and a big shout out to Leon.

Great showroom and advice

Everything you would need in a fitness provider of equipment
Great location for me just down the road, great range of products and lovely show room , if I had the space in my house I could easily have spent a lot more money, have a great all round home workout Rach system, ok it's 4k but wow it literally is a whole gym in one big unit

Small manufacturing problem with the bike I ordered was quickly sorted by Anne in customer service. A replacement bike was delivered and assembled by Carl and Ed, and the faulty one returned.
