I am giving one star to the service I received when I went into the showroom in Tunbridge Wells to have a look at what I selected for buy on the website. The man was rude and very disinterested in me being there. He pointed out the bikes and when I asked them to talk me through them he said "well the more you spend the better they are, just sit on them and try them out". I didn't expect a huge presentation but I didn't expect some kind of sales explanation.
Wouldn't recommend going into the shops - just use the website.

Use the shop, not the website. Better experience
We entered the shop in tunbridge wells with a specific mission. To buy the equipment we use in the gym for the same price as a gym membership. Chris was mega helpful. Talked through our usual routine and put together a catalogue of equipment we needed. Then went through the costs and monthly payments with 0% apr and discounts to get us what we wanted. The whole shopping experience was a pleasure and can not be compared to just ordering online. Getting to touch and use the equipment before buying with advise and help from Chris. 100% deserving this 5 star review
