Amazing service amazing 👏

I needed to upgrade my home gym setup and wanted some proper technical advice, so I contacted Fitness Superstore in Tunbridge Wells.

I initially used the online chat and was immediately connected to Julian, who was excellent. He went well beyond what I expected, took the time to understand what I was trying to achieve, and quickly gave me all the information I needed.

I then went into the store with my son to see the equipment in person, and Julian was just as helpful face to face. He explained everything clearly, talked me through the pros and cons, and gave very pragmatic guidance without any hard sell.

I honestly can’t recommend Julian, or the Tunbridge Wells store, highly enough.

We were looking for a treadmill, and thought Fitness Superstore in Tunbridge Wells was a good place to see them for real. They had a wide range in store, but
Ricky was on hand to offer really useful advice. We had a go on a few, and found the one we wanted. Two days later it was delivered!!

Ricky from the Tunbridge branch was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and response. I had many questions and he was able to answer all of my questions and understood what I was looking for. Based on his recommendation, I made a significant purchase.

Went to buy some dumbbells for my son. We were shown the various options we’re able to choose the right set for him. Julian helped us through the process and then gave us a discount that we didn’t even ask for.

Outstanding customer service and we will be back!

i purchased some dumbells and one was damaged it took me a month to get it replaced. they then sent me a voucher for £25 and i purchased some tricep attachments, they sent them to a guy 5miles away from me. to be honest shocking service, i cant believe the mess up,

Fantastic service from fitness superstore we walked in not really knowing what we wanted and left feeling confident in our purchase. Hugh was knowledgeable and honest he put us at ease and didnt rush us or hard sell us which we appreciated and ended up with us purchasing a new treadmill. Would certainly recommend fitness superstore for future fitness purchases 💪

The service from Ricky Osborn at Fitness Superstore has been fantastic. He provided very helpful and clear advice, paying careful attention to my 'wish list' in replacing my existing treadmill, and ensuring the best price available. He has made the whole transaction really easy, including identifying and providing a collection and recycling service. Always responding immediately to any enquiry and providing the delivery date that we wanted at very short notice. He is incredibly knowledgable and professional and nothing I asked was too much trouble. Very impressive. Thank you very much.

I went into the Tunbridge Wells showroom today and bought a Body Power Multi-Trainer for my gym. Ricky was super helpful and knowledgeable. He gave us all the options before we came to our decision. Definitely going to continue to purchase through the showroom in the future.

We came to the store to look at the multi-funcional trainers. We were seen by Chris who was very helpful and knowledgeable. He showed us different trainers and also how they all worked. Chris advised us which trainer would be a good one for the space that we have. He was very patient and answered lots of our questions that me and my son had. He was willing to talk to us even though it was already closing time. It also helped that Chris has got a prior fitness experience himself. We were really happy with his help and ended up making a purchase.

I received professional help regarding the equipment, my injuries and age were taken in account. No hard sale and JULIAN MAURER had a friendly knowledgeable manner.

Great shop really helpful would 100% recommend will be back to get more stuff in the near future
