We called in to the superstore on holiday as there was no store near us and we wanted to try different cross trainer models rather than purchase from spec. Ricky the store manager was extremely helpful over both our visits on successive days and pointed us in the direction of the models that most closely matched our old trainer style. He also provided dimensions of the unpackaged main element in order for us to ascertain the selected Q37 would fit the access constraints of our house. We selected the Octane Q37 and are really pleased with it so far.

We popped in today to have a browse as planning to put a gym in the garage of our new home. Ricky was extremely helpful and they were offering some great deals on the equipment we were interested in. Looking forward to having it all installed.

Great advice from Ricky in Tunbridge Wells on my recent purchase of Elliptical Cross Trainer. He had great knowledge of the equipment and was able to answer all my questions.

Very good machine and the staff were excellent

Staff very helpful over the phone. Very easy to make order and delivery was very quick.

Sales man was very knowledgeable without being over baring. He was happy to let us try the equipment out without hovering over us.
One small criticism, and it is small. It would be nice if it was obvious which box the the instructions are in as there are a lot of boxes to open.

I went into the Tunbridge Wells store, where I was patiently guided by Chris through every treadmill in store - there's nothing he didn't know and I appreciated that he didn't try to oversell me something I can't afford, whilst also explaining why 'going too simple' wouldn't suit my requirements. He was generous with his time and knowledge and I feel confident in my decision.

Visited the Tunbridge Wells store to look at a cable and smith machine I’d seen online. At the store, Chris talked me through the equipment, my options and answered my (many!) questions. He was really knowledgable and not pushy. I ended up purchasing it a few days later, after Chris emailed me some additional information and helped me select everything I needed.
Highly recommend visiting the store to try out the equipment and speak with Chris for expert advice!

I looked at the website before visiting and had an idea of what I wanted in terms of heavier weights and a bench. Julian showed me the items but also made some suggestions about other items to consider. I was undecided and wanted to think it over so left without buying anything. I appreciated that Julian didn’t pressure me. I phoned a couple of days later and placed my order with Julian. It was dealt with efficiently and promptly. My order confirmation and payment link arrived quickly by email. All the items were delivered to my address within the timescale indicated by Julian. An excellent example of great customer service.
