What you really want in a fitness store; lots of equipment for you to try out, compare and get the feel of. Knowledgeable staff who understand their equipment and what will work for you. Julian couldn't have been more helpful and knows his stuff. Used this store a few times before and will no doubt again.

My wife and I dropped to enquire about a static exercise cycle.
Julian was extremely helpful in our decision making and we love the bike. Helpful, no pressure to buy.
He also helped me to use the Tanita measurement kit; this is a very accurate measure of muscle mass and fat etc no hiding from the results! I’ll pop back sometime for another . He kindly sent the results to

This is the fourth time we’ve purchased equipment from Fitness Superstore and on each occasion we’ve been extremely impressed with their service.
After explaining what specific equipment we were after we were guided through options available. There was a thorough in store demonstration of the piece we were after. And after choosing the item, we were very pleased with the purchase and delivery time. Julian assisted us at the Tunbridge Wells store and it was very nice that he remembered us from our previous purchases. We are very fortunate to have a home gym set up and have been lucky to have put this ALL together with Fitness Superstore. I needed gym flooring; however, it was out of stock on the website. I phoned the office and explained to Ricky the importance of receiving the flooring the following week, due to installers being on site. If they couldn't do it, I would need to order from elsewhere.

Ricky assured me that my specific order would be handled efficiently once the stock was received by them and would be shipped quickly.

I got the flooring on the day that was planned and exactly as I expected. It meant I could liaise with the installers, and the project progressed as smoothly as possible. Just top-quality British customer service. Very happy. Stock looks great, too.

I purchased some adjustable dumbbells from the Tunbridge Wells store and got brilliant service from store manager Ricky. Great communication and delivery times. One really impressive thing: they were also able to process a partial refund based on a discount code applied after purchase, instead of at checkout. Great experience all around!

Superb experience with ordering an ex-display model treadmill (and arranging for recycling of our old treadmill) with Ricky. He was super helpful on the live chat, on the phone and by email. Excellent team at Fitnness superstore show room. I had complete home gym set up directly from show room. Staff guided me through correct choice of equipment and accommodated my needs. My first visit to the Tunbridge Wells branch was last year and I was very impressed. Julian was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was looking for a home multigym and he suggested one that was just right. I couldn't buy it straight away as I didn't have the space at home immediately. He didn't pressurise me at all and earlier this year I placed the order. The item turned up on time and the delivery driver was very helpful too. All in all, a very good experience. I will definitely be back if I need any more gear.
