Fitness Superstore - Tunbridge Wells Reviews 

My first visit to the Tunbridge Wells branch was last year and I was very impressed. Julian was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was looking for a home multigym and he suggested one that was just right. I couldn't buy it straight away as I didn't have the space at home immediately. He didn't pressurise me at all and earlier this year I placed the order. The item turned up on time and the delivery driver was very helpful too. All in all, a very good experience. I will definitely be back if I need any more gear.

Knowledgeable, Helpful and friendly staff able to answer all questions and recommend appropriate options for consideration. I always come to the store as they have a large options to test and knowledgeable staff to answer your questions.

I’ve been into Fitness Superstore several times over the last few months and every time I’ve been in despite not always buying a product I’ve had fantastic customer service and incredible knowledge to help me make decisions on the right product.

This applies even when I’ve been clear to the staff that the product I may be after is not available at Fitness superstore but they were still able to provide me with good advice.

I recently went in to discuss a racer to add to my home gym. Ricky, the store manager was there to assist me. The advice he gave was direct and simple to follow and with a few parameters provided by me steed me to the direction of a perfect product.

The delivery and communication was excellent with availability on next day or chosen day with the delivery driver contacting me the night before as well as two hours before my slot to make sure would be in.

I thoroughly recommend visiting The in person store to take advantage of the excellent sales advice and guidance that the team provide.

I went to the Tunbridge Wells store because I wanted to add weights to my resistance training, but had no idea where to start. Chris was extremely helpful, understood my fitness level and what I wanted to achieve, and recommended the best weight type and weights for me, showing how the weights are used in different types of exercise. He also advised on other items I planned to buy. He arranged delivery, and looked into whether I could get free delivery, without upselling.
(The equipment arrived the next day, which is also great service.) It was really helpful to be able to get expert advice when buying this type of equipment.

Julian was excellent. Knew his products and matched this to my requirements. Very responsive and a good price. Would definitely return and recommend.

Highly recommend Fitness Superstore for any of your gym equipment. Their sales advisor, Julian, at the Tunbridge Wells store, was so helpful and did not pushing for a sale. Just very helpful advice for what type of treadmill would be best for our running needs.
With next day delivery option, it was delivered in the 2 hour slot, as arranged.
Will certainly return, when we need more home gym equipment.

We went in with a rough idea of what we wanted but Ricky was so helpful and full of information and knowledge and we are really happy. We are having a home gym built in the garden so our room measurements were estimates but Ricky was able to guide us through what would work in the space we are going to have and we've come away really confident with the equipment we've ordered. 10/10 service!

Chris had good knowledge about the product, no hard sale, easy purchase and good advice. All round good customer service and a good place to build your home gym products.

As a regular customer over the years I have never been anything but impressed by the efficiency and friendliness of Ricky and the rest of the team.
No question- however inane- is a problem and answered with good input and potentially advice.

Ricky at the Tunbridge Wells store was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all questions and alleviated any concerns, in advance of us making a purchase. I would highly recommend using the Fitness Superstore, over just buying things online.

We turned up very close to closing and the store manager was incredibly helpful.
Allowed me and my gf to look at the stock and gave us the space to talk and browse.
He informed me that there was still a discount running and went through the various options. Long story short, we both bought some gym equipment and are very happy with the store!

The sales person, Julian, couldn’t have been more helpful. No hard sell, just timely and objective advice, which he matched to the things we told him were important. We’d never thought of an air bike - but he suggested we look, and it is perfect for us. We would never have known if we hadn’t had the chance to go to a store, chat to a knowledgeable guy and try different things out!
