Fitness Superstore - Tunbridge Wells Reviews 

Walking in and having a bit of knowledge of what I wanted from a treadmill I was quickly given a whistle-stop tour of options from Chris @ the Tunbridge Wells store. He outlined the pros / cons of various options that fitted what I wanted and was expecting from a treadmill. I've now had this treadmill for over 2 months and I'm happy with the selection and advice Chris provided

We bought a treadmill yesterday from Fitness Superstore - Tunbridge Wells, and as it's our third purchase, I guess that makes us returning customers! We had a really positive experience thanks to Chris. From the start, he was friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful without ever being pushy, which we really appreciated. He explained our options clearly and answered all our questions, while also giving us the space to try out the different machines and make our own decision. He was also very welcoming and kind to our dog, and it was nice to see returning customers clearly valuing his advice too... which says a lot. We never felt pressured and could easily have left to think things over, but felt confident enough to go ahead there and then. We went in intending to buy a treadmill and came away feeling we’d made the right choice. Chris was a great help and we’d highly recommend.

Having looked at the Sole F63/F65 treadmills on the Fitness Superstore's website I decided to visit my local branch at Tunbridge Wells.
I had a really good experience with Ricky who explained the difference between the two models and gave a really good insight and help me make the decision on which model to pick. Base on this experience I will be definitely recommend and will be ordering from them again when I need some more fitness equipment

So, my wife and I have been looking for treadmills for a while now. The biggest issue is that there is next to no guidance on line. So we tried to look for shops we could visit and came across Fitness Superstore (Trying before purchase was a must as we knew we would be spending more than £1k to meet our requirements).
We arrived with our 10 year old son in tow and was greeted promptly by Julian, who eventually was the man who completed our transaction. Julian did not push, just asked if we needed assistance or just wanted to look around. We told him him we wanted a treadmill and he walked us to them then asked a few simple questions and gave us a recommendation of 3. He encouraged us to try them showing us how they operated and even gave my son a guided tour.

We found one we loved (The Sole F63) and Julian completed the process for us and arranged delivery (Which came delivered 3 days later as promised).
Julian was knowledgeable, friendly, funny and none-pushy (important to me as I generally hate salesmen). His only flaw was that he supports Arsenal, but know one is perfect.

Would I recommend Fitness superstore again... I already did. I brought my parents there the very next week, and they too felt comfortable and brought themselves a cross trainer.

We popped in because we wanted to buy a treadmill for family use, but we wanted to check them out in person. When we entered the store, Ricky immediately greeted us and was super helpful, giving us great advice and encouraging us to try out a bunch of treadmills at different prices. We didn't feel pressured by Ricky at all he gave us fantastic customer service the whole time, and we ended up deciding on the Sole TT8 Ent.

Ricky the store manager was very helpful in talking us through the options for what we needed particularly as we were pretty unprepared

We visited the Tunbridge Wells store looking for a treadmill and had such a positive experience thanks to Julian. From the start, he struck the perfect balance -friendly and approachable without being pushy. He made it clear he was there if we needed anything and said he’d check back in after we’d had time to look around, which we really appreciated.

When we explained what we were looking for, Julian was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to walk us through all the options, carefully explaining the differences and what would suit our needs and budget best. There was absolutely no pressure to go for the most expensive model - just honest recommendations based on what we actually wanted.

We spent quite a while discussing everything and he explained it all thoroughly and clearly. After leaving the store to think it over, we ended up ordering a few hours later over the phone. The process was seamless from start to finish.

Fantastic customer service - we’d definitely use the store again and would happily recommend Julian to anyone.

Adjustable Bench
Back to see Chris at the Fitness Superstore in Tunbridge Wells to purchase an adjustable gym bench. Chris offered a few options in store and I was able to assess and choose the right option with his help. Great service and these high street stores are so important to be able to try out the products before purchase. Thank you!

We went to our closest Fitness Superstore in Tunbridge Wells to look at various bits of gym equipment. We were helped by Chris in the store. He was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about all the products we looked at. He demonstrated a manual treadmill and was on hand for anything we wanted. We purchased a balance board, but also ended up buying a fancy set of dumbbells by Nuobell. We were given a good discount to match internet prices, but really appreciated being able to go to a store to see and try the equipment. Really useful visit and appreciated the attention from Chris.
