Although the item never arrived I had excellent communication from the Seller and a full refund.

Ordered 3 packs of Vitabiotics, but received only 2 packs. Sent mails few times but no response or their advertised contact number don't work. Stay Away.

Sent the wrong colour item and now it is totally impossible to speak to anyone about getting it replaced. Seriously awful after sales services. Won't use them again

terrible customer service I have sent multiple emails no response. Item ordered and I have been trying to get an update on the tracking number and courier. The site might be cheap but that is useful if your item never arrives. Dont buy from this company.

Ordered item never arrived, contacted them and they said they will send another one and guess what? NEVER arrived! Not much more I can say…awaiting refund

Astounded by a complete lack of customer service:

After my order (indicated as shipped) didn't arrive after several days I contacted Fitness360 and was advised that they would follow this up with their couriers and get back to you as soon as they can. I have since heard nothing and have tried calling and emailing several times over several days asking for a status or at least a tracking number but have been getting complete radio silence.

Item was dispatched 8th February, still not delivered. Tried to call noone picks up or returns your call. Sent an email was told it would be looked into and items can take longer. It was sent on a 48hr tracked service but not tracking information avaliable. Its now missed the event it was ordered for and I am no further forward, at establishing where the item is.

Excellent service and a fast delivery, no complaints and i would definitely use 360 fitness again.. Thank you

The item I purchased was apparently miss labelled after I emailed them questioning why I hadn’t received the soft case with my snooker cue. I was offered a refund but politely declined.

The item is still mislabelled “Powerglide Tournament Catalyst snooker cue with soft case”

I have since purchased a case elsewhere

Other than that minor issue the cue itself is fantastic

I received half my order before Christmas, but the main part of the order has still not arrived. I have emailed on numerous occasions and tried calling, but nobody ever picks up the phone. The customer service is non existent and I am feeling robbed as I have paid for an order which I have not received. I wish I had read some of these reviews before ordering from this company. AVOID. Not to be trusted.

Would not recommend! Have ordered twice from Absolute Bodycare through Fitness360 website and via eBay and both orders have been late and wrong! First order was wrong size (medium instead of small) and colour (black not aqua!). Second order both colours were wrong - I ordered two very different colours (raspberry and aqua), one I received was close (patterned pink) but still not what I ordered and they just sent two of those! Delivery both times took over a week. One wrong order could be considered a mistake, but two?!!
