Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service. Their employees told me misleading information about my membership and now I have to pay them extra money. They were very unhelpful and misunderstanding.

My partner signed me up to fitnessdk before I arrived in Esbjerg. Upon my first visit, I asked for a tour of the facility only to be told that my partner could show me around instead. I made a few visits and while overall the facility was nice the cardio equipment was old and in need of maintenance. One day I did not bring a water bottle or my wallet and as I had seen paper cups given before for use on the sink tap, I asked the personal trainer behind the desk if I could use a paper cup. He lied directly to my face and told me they had no paper cups even though I had seen them stacked high under the desk the same day. I left immediately and have not returned. I cancelled my membership because I was treated like garbage. Maybe it is because I am foreign and do not speak Danish yet. I don't know. I have given this feedback to fitnessdk thinking they might waiver the 1 and a half cancellation notice but no. So i have had to pay an extra month and half for a couple of workouts and overall terrible experience. I have since signed up to fitnessworld and am much happier there.
