False information and unresponsive customer support
At the one in Sudhavn - first they gave me wrong information when I went there to sign up and ask about the details of subscriptions. When I realized that a few days later and called to complain and cancel my subscription, the manager seemed totally unfazed, and didn't even try to find out who was the person responsible. I am still waiting (3 weeks later) to hear from the customer support about getting my money back.

Ventilation
I have some comments regarding the ventilation in the center. Sometimes too cold - and sometimes not very good smells ( for example today afternoon in sal.3).
Except that, it is fine, the teachers are great :) even if I dont speak danish I can follow the classes.

These people cheat for money!
These people cheat for money!! I had taken membership of fitness.dk On 29th Sep I personally visited the branch paid for Sep & Oct 2017; also requested to close my membership by 31st Oct. The gym representative took money & confirmed me 2-3 times that on 31st Oct my membership will be closed. He didn't hand over any receipts even when I asked for it. Today 4th Nov, again gym people are saying show proof of membership closure. They are now asking me to pay for Nov & Dec 17. This is cheating & fooling customers for money. Very bad experience. Can't believe this can happen in Denmark.

However, in the contract that you have signed when you bought your membership we give clear direction for termination of a membership:
Section 9. Termination of membership: Memberships may be terminated at any time with
notice of current month + one month. Termination may take place by personal application to a
fitness dk centre where the member must sign and date a termination document. A termination
receipt will then be issued by the centre. It is also possible to terminate memberships by post or
by e-mail to fitness dk’s membership service (medlemsservice@fitnessdk.dk). The termination
notice must include first and surname, membership or CPR number as well as a declaration that
termination is required. Termination may also take place on the fitness dk website. Termination
is effective from the date of receipt. Should doubt arise as to whether a membership has been
terminated, the member must be able to demonstrate that termination has incontestably taken
place. Should an annual membership be terminated prior to the end of the contract period, the
fees for the unused months will be refunded to the member. Termination of an annual membership
will incur a fee according to applicable rates.
We want to ensure that there is always documentation of membership terminations so that there is no confusion or frustration caused. We would love to speak with you and find a solution to this misunderstanding. You can contact us via mail to medlemsservice@fitnessdk.dk or on phone 39 12 99 00.

Fitness DK in Copenhagen have steambath …
Fitness DK in Copenhagen have steambath and sauna in each fitness. I have tried many classes in different places, and almost all of them were very good. They also have swimming pool in Fields. Great value for money! Thanks God the nightmares with Fitnessworld are over..

For få gymnastikhold om formiddagen
Min irritation går på, at der er for få gymnastikhold om formiddagen - f.eks. Pilates, Stram op mm. Det er ærgerligt, når man gerne vil kombinere dette med maskinerne.

Very disappointing
Very disappointing
I signed up for the 9.00 to 15.00 subscription WITH holds. Three weeks after joining this gym the choices of holds in my opening hours have gone from about 10 to only about 3 a week. I feel cheated and wil quit this gym as soon as possible.

I am still waiting for an instructor as promised when I started my subscription 3 weeks ago, to book a time for one hour for giving me a personalized training.
I haven't started yet, and I am hoping someone will contact me asap.

Poor gym experience
No one ever showed me around. I had to figure the gym out myself. There are no rollers for stretching. The Chin Up bars are poorly located. I don't know how to join classes. Very poor experience overall.
