Big and clean place!

I wish you would have an English option for communication and signange for the benefit of the loyal expats at F DK. Besides this I love the place.

First and foremost: Would I recommend it? NOT AT ALL. Why? Keep Reading.
My wife and I were members of fitness dk for 1 year and we decided to cancel our membership but due to the wrong information we were given in FitnessDK Naerum, we decided to freeze our membership instead. After the freeze period, we received a bill which was twice the membership fee we used to pay. They had increased the membership fee without ANY NOTICE and when we contacted the customer service, not only they did not accept their mistake, they also had NO respect for their members.

They have forgotten what it means to put customer first, they are rude, untrained and unprofessional. In fact, it seems they are trained to get more money from you instead of helping you when you have been given wrong information by the young inexperienced people in the reception of the gym.

Suggestions:
- DO NOT TRUST WHATEVER THE PEOPLE IN THE RECEPTION OF THE GYM TELL YOU. THEY WOULD MISLEAD YOU IN ONE WAY OR THE OTHER. The customer service also backs them up and does not accept their mistakes and does not even apologies for any inconvenience they may have caused! Read the terms and conditions carefully instead and trust your own research more than what they offer.

- No matter what your concern is, just have it WRITTEN as an email or letter. They are so good at refusing what they have told you, so that they can charge you with more money. (also refer to the main fitness dk Facebook page and read other people's reviews - You would see many other one star reviews and the majority is because of very poor customer service).

- They are very good in violating their own terms and conditions. They change the prices regularly without informing you. Based on their own membership terms and conditions, they need to inform their members 45 days in advance prior to any change in the membership fee which they refuse to do.

Final words: If you have not chosen a gym yet, DO NOT GO FOR FITNESS DK. If you have already made this mistake, do not fall for their offers as you end up paying more money than what you should pay. And last but not least, contact them via e-mail even for very simple stuff as they would easily refuse what they have told you on the phone or in person!!!

Great well organized gym.

They are automatically activating monthly billing without warning you about it on registration and even fail to deacticate it even after requesting so and claiming that they did. Their complain customer service is even worse. I definitely do not recommend the fitnessdk gyms. Not to mention that the one in fields is small and poorly equipped!

I have got very good experience in Fitness-dk where staff is very supporting, explain in English when needed and i always go there with joy! Thank you.

You will have to wait forever on the line, like there is only 1 person working for the whole danish kingdom. The email service on their website does not work. I sent a very important mail to forfeit my subscription due to physical disabilities and health conditions but nothing (confirmation of henvendelse). Got sent to inkasso instead without notice, only bills!

Great service and friendly/helpful staff. Only suggestion is perhaps more equipment– another bench press, perhaps.

The best gym in Denmark

You should have some better guard at the swimming pool, not only a guy at the reception who is not even looking at the screen. Last time I went there, except that the foreign guy was touching my body when he was swimming next to me, a girl with long leggings and tshirt went into the water - this is disgusting!!! Of course I went to the reception to complain, but no serious reaction. I guess this is my last month of membership at fitness.dk in Fields.

Fitness dk has the best gyms and workout classes available in Denmark. As a foreigner, I've never had a problem adapting, instructors and private trainers are always eager to help both in Danish or English. In Valley I'm missing classes such as fdk cross workout, but I think there's a great potential to organize them in summer outside. Just a suggestion :)
