Don't do business with this company. Sent me the wrong size...ordered UK 8 and received UK 6....and Fitness Footwear have not done any more than offer me 10% off my next purchase.I live in Australia so returning the shoes would be costly, and the wrong size was entirely due to the company's mistake. When I said that 10% off my next purchase is inadequate to redress this situation, even that disappeared! I am $100 out of pocket with Merrell shoes that are way too small due to Fitness Footwear's error, and they have done NOTHING to redress this. A shoddy company. Appalling customer service and unreliable. AVOID Fitness Footwear.

Great price on Gortex jacket
Ordered a Montane Pro Gortex jacket. Was a little hesitant as price was excellent... thought perhaps it would be one of those occasions when a website says in stock but it isn’t really or the wrong product arrives. Need not have worried: ordering was simple, confirmation email came through quickly, and jacket arrived well-packaged 2 days later by the best courier service out there (DPD). No issues at all and would use again.

I have bought a shoe size 46½ European size - My feet are a 46, so they ought to fit nicely - I cannot get my feet in them, they are simply to small. This is very annoying and together with the long delivery time, Im very disappointed. I now have a pair of shoes, that I don't know what to do with
