I would rate 5 stats but ,talking about the lyngbyvej gym, this thing about teenagers every day making a mess , shouting, annoying, leaving garbage, leaving weights everywhere and making a mess in the changing room as well keeps me to 4 stars due to Great stuff, good machines and generally nice place

Changed all machines at Grønløkkevej with no consideration for the members who prefer chord-operated systems. The response below is their attempt to soften the negative tone of this post. It’s just hollow white wash. Many members have already voiced their disapproval without any response or hint of action from Fitness World to resolve the issue.

I've been a member for several years…
I've been a member for several years and never had any troubles. It's a bit expensive, but it's clean, there's god service and all the equipment you need.

Don't trust their website discounts, I signed up directly with a 50 DKK discount but as soon as I had done so, I saw an offer for 50% off, which was of course meaningless at that point. Have cancelled my plan now.

Terrible - several mistakes in a row cost me 168 dkk so far
Terrible.
They changes my membership 2 times without me telling to do so.
First time i has to pay a supplement of 100 dkk because a mistake of one of the brilliant guys working there.
Second time they set my main gym elsewhere, so today i had to pay 30dkk extra to go to the gym i usually go.
On top of that, the first mess they did was not fixed. It is impressive how Fitness World hire the brightest minds in Denmark.
Summing up, I ended up paying 100dkk (of late payment due to their mistake) + 38 dkk (for changing my subscription to a cheaper one - to the one I ALWAYS go) + 30 dkk (because some genius changed my gym).
No one to talk about this with real responsability, just a bunch of young guys that are working their shift and dont really care.

Fitness World Rødovre Centrum- Mest maskiner ud er drift
Fitness World Rødovre Centrum-
There are many machines which are not working and they are never fixed for 2 month. Some machines which are not working are only machines of that type, so you can not workout those particular exercise at all.
Training Mats are very old and always dirty.
Some dumbbells have metalic spikes which normally hurt the person hands.
Poor and unhygienic

I had a refund after a subscription mistake... the new masines and all the weiths at Scandinavian Århus, after the renovation are actually cheap and poor quality, but probably that's they business "Scandinavian" strategy

To get a ongoing membership you have to have a Danish bank account. If this is not the case, you can either buy a prepaid membership from the staff at the center, or have one, with a Danish bank account, stand as the payer for your membership. This hs to be set up in the center 😊
