The facilities are good, sometimes very busy. The changing room is always clean. It has a lot of different machines for cardio and strength training.

You can see via the app and under the specific center which time is busiest in our center. Then you can follow when it is best to train.

FW is the RyanAir of gyms
FW is the RyanAir of gyms, implementing new membership models all the time to rip you off. It's like a monopoly across DK buying all small gyms and ruining it for everyone. I experience mostly horrible service, with an occasional good staff on the counter smiling at you and being helpful; very occasional. Avoid if you can, but most likely it is the only option you have nearby your residence.

Best place to exercise ...
Fitness World is one of the best fitness centres I have ever visited. The environment and exercise machines are up to date and enough for everyone. I would recommend my friends and others to join the Fitness World without any doubt in mind.

And if you ARe members, remenber to speaker with workers about everything you paid. DONT TRUST THEM ON E-MAIL, BECAUSE even you dont get your e-mail for pay more or get your products, they Will not solve the problem, they will only tell you, it’s your fault, because you didn’t get email!!!

Get what you pay for and nothing more
Get what you pay for and nothing more. Machines are broken for months which create big queues at the popular machines.
I went to change my center before staff left and was told I couldn't as they closed the register. Then when I went out 1 min. later I was told that I would be charged for checking into another center than my usual one despite not actually checking in but just walking to the counter to be turned away.
If you want service go somewhere else.

This review pertains to Tristan, the morning desk person at Richmond fitness world. I have worked in the fitness industry for 25 years and have been around gyms even longer. He is professional. punctual and hard working. He always greets you by your name, has a pleasant demeanor and spends a good portion of his shift cleaning up weights and helping members. The majority of fitness desk attendants spend most of their time at the desk making limited eye contact with people. I am really appreciated of all that he does
