Group classes in Danish only
As a customer, i feel don't get 100 percent from this gym as group classes are only in Danish. The instructors don't even have the courtesy or service mind to bother about English speaking customers. We are in 2022 and it's so strange this exists.

As we are a Danish company, our classes will be in Danish. However, you are always welcome to contact the instructor before the class and hear if they have the opportunity to repeat the exercises in English so everyone of course has the opportunity to follow the classes.

I quit my membership only to find out 2 months later that they were still taking my money. I had to quit again and pay 2 more months.
The facilities are also very poor and outdated.
Don’t ever become a member here.

Fitness World Odense, Nelly Noyon: best instructor ever
I have been training at Fitness World for almost 5 years and the reason is the one and only, the best and most amazing instructor Nelly Noyon. She is the best fitness instructor I have ever met. She really cares about each and everyone in her classes, she is really motivating and encourages you to give your best at every training. She is full of energy!!! Zumba with her is a party, after Stram op and ab attack I feel incredibly strong and yoga is sooooo spiritual!!! I highly recommend attending her classes, I have seen a lot of progress in my body and going to her classes feels me with energy and joy! I am so happy to have such an incredible instructor!!!

Organized scammers/not worth it
Someone left a review saying that Fitness World is the Ryanair of gyms and I’ve never heard a more true statement. Their facilities and what they offer in amenities are just average at best and they try to justify the overpriced membership by offering you access to their fitness world app, which in all honesty I never found any value in. You’re better off paying a bit extra to train at Sats…at least their price point makes more sense for the amenities you enjoy at their facilities.
The worst part? You’ll likely get some extra charges every now and then for unexplained costs. And they purposefully make it so difficult to get in contact with any customer service (good luck getting a hold of them on the phone). To make matters worse they sent me to debt collections with no warning or heads up at all. I know 3 other people in my network that have had similar experiences with this at fitness world. This is obviously an organized scam considering how often it happens to people.
I strongly would recommend against trapping yourself at fitness world…because that’s exactly what they do.

Our prices vary from center to center, prices are set according to size, supply and facilities.
We have a price list in relation to extra fee. This can be found on our website. If there is questions about those extra fees, you are always welcome to write to Member Relation.
It is no longer possible to get in touch with Member relation trough telephone support. But it is possible to get in touch with member relation trough Livechat, or email.
If we are missing payment, we will always send you an email with a payment reminder first. There will be no fees at the first mail. If no payment is made here, there will be reminders.
We would of course like to look into the case, and you are therefore welcome to write an email to Trustpilot@dk.fitnessworld.com where you elaborate further.

One of the worst customer service I have ever received!
Make sure when you want to cancel your subscription to read everything as they will also charge you for the next month! :) The email comes only in Danish and nowhere it's stated that you will be charged for the next month!
Better try and find another place to work out!

I really like the gym ,it’s always…
I really like the gym ,it’s always clean , nice atmosphere, the staff is great , group classes are fun and I like the instructors !
The only “problem” is that when I bought the month pass it said something like “plus = all the gym included”, but when I signed up for some lessons I was told that certain gyms were not included … so that’s kinda tricky !

In relation to the memberships and the possibilities, it is the case that you can get a prepaid membership for a month it costs DKK 399. and with this one can train in all centers with classes .
But is it because you have bought a regular ongoing membership then all the centers have different price categories and if you have a plus membership then you can train in those centers for the same price or below.
