Knowledgeable staff

On the few occasions that I have needed to contact the company I have found the staff to be courteous, helpful and knowledgable.
Delivery is good and timely, delivery service keep me notified. I am fortunate in that my prescriptions are centrally issued to Fittleworth but when there has been an error on the issuing parties side Fittleworth have responded quickly along with the delivery company.

I have been using their services for 2 years plus, all good

I have been using their services for over two years, and generally place an order online. Easy to order, arrive well packaged and only once have I had a problem with DPD, but soon rectified after a quick phone call to Fittleworths

Excellent company to do business with

Excellent company to do business with. Customer advisors chatty courteous and always happy to help. Order immediately followed up with confirmation email. Always on time as order is carefully delivered by DPD. Only one minor complaint in fifteen plus years dealing with Fittleworth and was sorted out immediately without any fuss.

Always been extremely satisfied with fittlleworth.Good people,excellent service. Noticed on last couple of deliveries that stoma pouch is of a slightly different design. This is definitely a backward design! Harder to clean.

Phone ordering

No problem phoning orders in. Always very helpful, considerate and very polite.
Always deliver on time and sometimes a day or two earlier than stated
Delivery drivers are first class and follow any instructions given.

Used Fittleworth for a couple of years…

Used Fittleworth for a couple of years now and never had any reason to complain. The people on the end of the phone are always polite and friendly. No problems with delivery, always the time they say. All good.

I've never had any problems except...

I've never had any problems despite my surgery always changing my prescription when it is sent to them by Fittleworth. I have now spoken to them and hopefully there should be no further problems. I have however found your website rather awkward e.g. looking for an item on the search menu and returning to it later on, perhaps to change the quantity, quite often means that it is not identified. Very strange, and the only answer is to start again from scratch.

10 day delivery lead times are pretty…

10 day delivery lead times are pretty long in today's environment. The complimentary wipes were not in the last order, and can't figure out how to ensure they are added to the next. First order I ever got was the wrong product.
