Order process.....flaming brill! Product.....better than flaming brill! Delivery.......only a dull glow!! Advised of delivery date (as requested) via e-mail. Arranged to stay in all day....no prob! Received e-mail at noon on delivery date saying 'van broken down....delivery re-scheduled for tomorrow'. Sent e-mail back saying 'Tomorrow no good, no-one here, please re-schedule for (date given)' Arrived home late in evening the day after original date to find BBQ sitting in (small) front porch quite wet from rain that day! No neighbour approached, no signature given, could quite easily have 'walked'......almost felt like saying it had never been received......perhaps I should have done!! Product 5 stars....delivery 1 star....hence 3 star rating.

now this is certainly a good product, delivery was both on time and did not require anybody to be at home to accept the delivery, so important when both are working in the day.
I would have given 5 stars, but for the fact that it took me 4 hours to put the barbie together. Ok so i am not that good on flat pack, the instructions looked ok, until it came to putting it together, a BRILLIANT idea though was to name the various nuts & bolts in a blister pack, oh if ONLY the manufacturer could have labelled the panels as well then i would not have felt such a dunce! Saving grace was that the actual barbie was a complete unit so i just had to bolt that on!

All';s well though & we have a great product now.

Website easy to use, prompt trouble free delivery service and BBQ came well packed and the assembly instructions could for easily followed on our Outback

Have not tried the new bbq yet - since purchasing we have not had a decent day! Look forward to using it soon.

I wanted to join the BBQ brigade, had no idea what to look for or where to shop but I struck lucky first time. I found Flaming Barbecues, brilliant site, loads to choose from, excellent prices, so I ordered one. Delivery was within days, easy to assemble, complete with cover and lava rocks and I had my first BBQ that night, and the next night, and the next night and so on. Quick and easy to use, easy to clean...I just love my Flaming Barbecue

I ordered a BillyOh BBQ on a Tuesday afternoon and it arrived early on Thursday morning, if anything a bit too early (6.45 am !), but I am not complaining. The packaging was excellent and the BBQ appears to be a quality product. I would use the company again.

Should come packed in two boxes; 46kg is too heavy for single parcel delivery at home. assembly instructions generally very good but lacking in a couple of place: for example container of screws clearly marked with sections A,B,C & D but these codes are not included in the manual.

I found this great bbq on this site,and when I looked on other web sites could not find it cheaper.
They delivered on the day they said and was securely packed.

It's the best!!! I'm glad to bought it in sale. That's uneasy to find with the price that was. I'm very, very, very happy. Thanks.

We brought a billio BBQ it was so easy to set up and the delivery was fast great I mean fantastic item would highly recommend 5 stars

It wasn't a perfect story from start to finish but the support I received and the overall experience was. We first ordered an Outback excel from flaming barbecues, shipped without incident, set it up and it promptly exhibited a manufacturer's defect. Flaming Barbecues was quick to pick it up, refund the cost, and we ordered a Billy Oh which is now sitting in our backyard and works great. Even though we had a problem, Flaming Barbecues was responsive to our issues and that's a true test of a company.

Good price, good delivery times, well packaged. Product does what it says. I would watch some you tube video's about how to use a smoker for brisket, pork shoulder etc as the one downside with this was it didnt come with anything to tell you how to cook with it. Not flaming BBQ's fault, just a couple of fact sheets would have been good. However, I did my first smoking BBQ on Saturday and smoked an entire brisket for 12 hours. Blummin lovely and when it got put out on the table it went in seconds. People lurve, smoked meat. Buy one, make charcoal crusty sausages a thing of the past.

Very impressed with delivery time and of course the product. Would defintly buy from Flaming Barbecues again, 1st on my list.
