The only thing I can say against this bbq/ smoker is that I found it to be smaller than I thought but it is perfect for a normal sized family and when I used the smoker it takes your bbq to the next level

Great service, fast delivery , will definitely order from them again. Very happy with my BBQ .

BBQ is in acceptable conditions. Good value for money although when assembling had to drill a whole to fit one of wheel which caused some minor scratches on one side. Didn't have time to return as had family over for BBQ.

The whole process went smoothly from ordering to delivery. The BBQ is very good value and very easy to clean.

Flaming Barbecues don't sell this any more, nor any like it.
It's a basic beginners smoker barrel barbecue following the standard design. If you want to grill only, you can, but this is not for you. There is only one grill height available: even cheap grills give 3.
As a smoker it works, though it suffers from the same fault as others of this design - poor air circulation leading to cold and hot spots. The web has plenty of advice on modifications to improve this.
Despite the description it is NOT made of stainless steel and I've got the rust stains to prove it. But the exterior paint is good and you soon build up a nice protective layer of smoke residue on the inside.
Overall I'm pleased with it. Though it is an economy model, small and minimal in some ways, the oven and firebox are well constructed and do the job. And not least of course, it really looks impressive to people who are not familiar with smokers.

I really wanted my BBQ to come by the weekend so that it could be put together when we had time, the staff made sure it was on the system in time and it ce as planned. It has been put together and we have had 2good bbqs on it

Product was easy to put together and the service and delivery were on time would recommened to any person take a look at the website, you will be amazed.

It took a while to assemble and fit together, and find a supplier for the gas bottle, but I am delighted with our (new) gas BBQ. It is brilliant. It looks stunning, has all of the facilities I wanted (a grill and a griddle) and it cooks fantastically. Cleaning is easy, as the parts lift out easily for washing. The flame tamers work a treat, giving that authentic BBQ taste. I could not be more pleased with my purchase.

My 1st gas BBQ and I'm glad that I chose this brand + model. I placed the order on the Wednesday,it was delivered Friday morning and we used it on Friday evening ----- delighted

Simple ordering procedure, quick home delivery and easy assembly of BBQ - a good result all round.

There are instructions on how to put the BBQ together - in picture form only, but no user or cooking instructions what so every. I found some on YouTube . It is quite hard to regulate the temperature when smoking and the air vent on the smoker is a very poor design, after one use becomes very loose and just flaps about. I did manage to smoke some pork loins and chicken pieces which tasted very good but it did take constant supervision.

Got the Kentucky charcoal billyho BBQ, full of little things to make it bit better an the rest such as a place to keep the food warmer and rack that can be lowered and raised to get the most from the charcoal, and so easy to clean with the ash catcher at the bottom of it, and when the food is cooked there is a place to keep it all warm, and even a temperature gauge to turn it into a roaster to make sure that chicken does not have the pink bits. the price is the best I can find online excellent for the price compared to others in the same price range.

When I ordered my bbq I asked for a specific delivery day as it is my one day off a week, I then received an email confirming my delivery for a totally different day. I rang to ask why, could not speak to anyone english, was hung up on 3 times, was told I could not speak to the delivery team but they would ring em back within 24 hours (which would be after the delivery date I wanted) I am still waiting for this call. I then rang on the new delivery date to ask to leave with a specific neighbour as no one would be in to come home from work and find it in my front garden in public view of anyone passing my house. Cheap though but I suppose you get what you pay for and I will go to a reputable company next time

The company: This is the first time I've dealt with Flaming Barbecues and I have to say they were good. Good correspondence throughout, swift despatch and delivery. One slight niggle is the delivery company used give a rather vague 8am - 6pm delivery slot and there was no phonecall prior to delivery to check you are in. Luckily I was off work that day. Most companies can now give a much better idea of delivery times so you can plan your day better.
The product: Excellent quality. It BBQ's very well and after the dripping has built up on the lava rocks over a couple of BBQs the true BBQ flavour is good. One niggle is that it gives up half the cooking space to a hot plate - I think this is a bit much and the grill / hotplate split should be 70 / 30 or similar. Other than that, the build quality is excellent, it's easy enough to put together (instructions could be clearer as there are a couple of 'gotchyas' not obviously apparent from the instructions) and the inclusion of a cover is a nice touch.
so far, so happy.

You only get what you pay for,cheap and nasty,we had to re drill and buy new nuts and bolts to make it secure the threaded screw bits were loose so it would not tighten hence the extra expense to buy nuts and bolts and a new metal 8mm metal drill bit,keep your money and buy something else that is already made up. I cant fault the service I received but waqs very disappointed to see the exact same BBQ at £100 less ! Also picture misleading as at first glance it looked like it came with a side-burner but didnt albeit if you read the small print it did point that out. The BBQ is a great product though.
