The most helpful people ever! I ordered a door screen and sent the wrong measurements by mistake, only realising once the item arrived. Rachel and Dominic were both so lovely and they arranged a new one to be delivered with the correct measurements and no extra cost even though this was my mistake. The screen itself is wonderful! I put it up this summer (bought it last August but the weather changed by then) in anticipation of the hot weather and my cats love sitting in front of it watching the birds outside. They have tried to push once or twice and it doesn’t budge.

I have a 5 month old kitten that will be an indoor cat, and with this heat I wanted to ensure that we could get some air in without the worry of her escaping. Flat cats were so easy to install and I think the price is amazing. I did the customs flat cats, I ordered 3 which should have been around £65 I believe but I had a discount code which brought it to around £57. I’m so happy and so pleased. Thank you!

Not being sure what to order, custom or standard, I gave Dominic a call. He was very pleasant & patient, & my query was sorted in a jiffy & a conformation email sent with what what was needed & at a very reasonable price. The screens arrived promptly & to order, with plenty of fitting materials. They were straight forward to put up, effective & unintrusive. Reggie & his human servants say thank you Flat Cats.

Super Product, fast delivery, great service. We did have an issue with the screen when it arrived, however, Dominic replied to our email promptly and sent out a new screen, which arrived within 2 working days and fitted perfectly. Evie can now enjoy the fresh air and we are all a lot cooler. Highly Recommended.

This is the third set of Flat Cats I've purchased over the years, I couldn't be more delighted. They are soo well made and keep my Fur Baby safe, and at the same time, get fresh air.
Not only do they keep her safe, they stop all the little bugs that tend to come in, especially in the summer.
Dominic is a lovely guy to deal with, and was incredibly helpful when Royal Mail made a right mess with my address!

I was able to fit them all by myself in no time.

The screens were very easy to fit and work very well. Even with a savannah cat dangling off it. Its so lovely to have open windows again!

The nets are very strong and they gave us a lot spare tape too. Arrived the exact sizes. Perfect around the windows as we have indoor cats.

Ordered 2 and have had them up a few days and they work great, much to my cats dismay. Finally able to get some fresh air in the house! At first glance I thought it was expensive for what it is but the quality of the mesh is really good and durable to sharp cat claws. Happy I made the purchase. Would recommend against the cheaper alternatives as the quality is much better.

Was looking for a way to open my windows without my cat running away, flat cats were recommended.
I had questions prior to ordering and Dominic was very helpful and kind.
Next thing you know my cats are protected and I can open my windows.

I had a couple of questions before I ordered, I emailed them and they responded quickly, kindly and had the perfect answers.
They very kindly offered me a discount, as I was buying 8 screens and they genuinely cared about our situation.
The screens went on perfectly and I am so happy with the strength and quality.
I had one more tricky window to fit to, (not Flat Cats fault!) so I again asked for advice and Dominic responded almost immediately, with a couple of solutions, one of which would have involved replacing the screen, which he offered to do free of charge. As it happens, the first solution worked, which meant it did not need to be replaced, but the offer was very much appreciated.
They truly have gone above and beyond the whole way.

Fantastic customer service, delivery and product! Struggled for so long during summer with not being able to have the balcony door open but this has solved the issue completely! Will be getting ones for the windows next.

What a simple but brilliant concept - I ordered three screens which arrived a few days later and I fitted them this afternoon. My two cats were very curious initially but then lost interest and I am sure they appreciated the fresh air coming indoors - I know I did! After spending the last two summers with the windows tightly shut it was wonderful to feel the breeze from outside ... I am sure any odours that may be caused by three dogs and two cats are now no longer a problem - big thank you Flatcats!

Service and delivery is excellent. Screens fit well and screen material and Velcro is strong. I have a problem in that the Velcro is stronger than the adhesive tape so although I try to hold the tape down while pulling at the Velcro to open and close windows it pulls the adhesive off as well even though surfaces were clean and dry. I have had to cut a slit in the screen to get my hand through to window handle and possibly will add a zip to prevent sagging of the cut area. So not altogether satisfactory.

I bought several of these and am delighted with them. I’ve been using them for many years with no problems and they are such a great solution, easy to affix and provides safety for my indoor cat. She loves sitting by them in the summer with the windows open. They’ve never come off by themselves, and my cat regularly climbs and hangs off them when chasing insects and they’ve never been dislodged.

Despite being a great product, the customer sevice was second to none! i had some issues with size and then fitting but was helpfully guided with a personal touch! thanks Sharni and flat cats i am now able to enjoy some fresh air in ease!

I am absolutely delighted with the cat mesh screens I have received. Having initially purchased 1 screen I have come back on several occasions to purchase more. They are so easy to install and work really well. One of our cats is deaf and she would be vulnerable if she got outside without her harness on. These mesh screens have meant I have peace of mind and I can have some welcome breeze on hot days throughout the house! Your customer service has been excellent - so helpful with advice about the product and sizing, speedy delivery and it has been a pleasure to order from you.
