After a great escape onto the roof from Obi, I was desperate for a way to open my windows this summer. The screens were easy to install, and now my windows are always open. Granted, Obi is curious (hence the rooftop adventure), but he hasn't made any move to touch or try to get through the screens.

Dominic is absolutely lovely, and the customer service could not be better! Highly recommend.

Just received my flat cats screens.
And very very impressed with the service from flat cats from simple enquiry to payment and delivery notification.
Have put them up on front room windows and they look incredible and let in amazing amount of light.
3 indoor Ragdolls ( chewy ) being the escape artist has not even tried to get out and they seem to love the extra air they are getting now the windows are open wide - that was my only bugbear having cats I have my windows open even in winter for a freshen up.
Wil be sizing upstairs windows to get them screens as well.
1000% recommended such brilliant quality.

I previously bought these Flat Cat protection screens 5 years ago as regularly needed to open the windows and ventilate rooms whilst keeping our 2 indoor cats safe. I have to say, in all that time the velcro still fastens down the robust netting as well as it did the first day I purchased this great product. We are moving so I recently ordered some more screens. The quality really is impressive, very durable and so easy to fit. Equally, the service from Dominic and Rachel is second to none. They always seem to go that extra mile.

I recently ordered a flat-cat screen on behalf of my daughter who’d been unable to leave a window open in her attic bedroom due to the risk of her cat getting out and falling. Having to keep the windows closed created an issue regarding ventilating the room, particularly during the Summer months. On recommendation from a friend who’d had two flat-cats fitted, I researched them and downloaded the easy to understand pre-order measuring instructions. After establishing the necessary size, I ordered one of the standard off-the-shelf models. The ordering process was easy. Dominic was friendly, helpful and informative. Excellent customer service. The flat-cat arrived quickly. The fitting instructions are clear and simple. It requires no particular DIY skills. There is no drilling or screwing required. All that’s needed by way of tools is a reasonably sharp pair of scissors. I fitted the Flat-Cat in around 20 minutes. It works great and looks really good. My daughter is thrilled with it. She can now safely leave the window open when necessary. Her cat is secure and the room can now be ventilated. A great product in which its biggest advantage lies in its simplicity. So glad we discovered Flat-Cats.

Very responsive to emails and a pleasure to deal with. when I ran out of Velcro when fitting the window protection, flatcats were very quick to send some replacement Velcro. It is lovely to be able to open the windows again!

We’ve had a great experience with flat cats! I ordered two screens for our windows, mostly to test them out before I buy a big one for some French doors and they’ve been really good! We had a very small issue at first but Dominic rectified it very quickly and was overall great in terms of customer service so no complaints from us at all!
Definitely recommend these if you have indoor cats - stops flies getting in too!

Can't recommend this company highly enough! Had an awkward order of assorted custom size screens that we needed to keep our two cats from escaping from our first floor flat, and Dominic couldn't have been more helpful. Order arrived very promptly and the screens work great, they also keep bugs out which is a god send this time of year. Great product, very reasonably priced, easy to fit and works as described. Highly recommend.

Thank you very much for your very kind help over the phone to take my order of two customised screens, one white and one grey. They are excellent, being so safe, looking good, and actually becoming part of the window.
The grey screen is as good as the white to look through, perhaps even better somehow.

Amazing product. Website told you exactly what you needed to measure and the response times from Dominic were amazing (some customisation required due to a picture rail). Straight forward and arrived on time. Easy to fit and looks great. So far, no escaped cat, and lots of fresh air. Highly recommend.

I have used Flat Cats in two Paris rental apartments; the screens as well as the customer service are first rate. First, the screens have worked well in Paris to protect our cats; there are no screens here, and the French windows are complicated. The velcro attachment works perfectly in a rental situation where permanent screens wouldn't work. Second, we faced challenges with measurement because of several nonstandard window configurations. So I sent the wrong measurements...Dominic and Flat Cats responded immediately to my (apologetic) email and sent another set. I highly recommend this product and this company.

Excellent customer service by Dominic and his team. I downloaded the measuring guide, measured up and ordered my custom Flatcat screens which seemed to arrive in no time. One slight size discrepancy was sorted out quickly by Dominic who was extremely polite and helpful. The screens are made well, robust and easy to install. I recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

Super happy with both the service and the product.
I wouldn't risk letting him try it, but I don't think my cat could detach these and they seem pretty claw-proof too!
I had a small issue with sizing which was resolved for me super quickly with no hassle. Would 100% recommended!

Dominic is fantastic, kind,super helpful. We were recommended by the breeder we bought our cats from. These are excellent quality,easy to fit and double up in the Sumner to keep flies etc out of the home. I have 1 Exotic Shorthair and 1 British Shorthair. Now they can sit on the window sills enjoying the fresh air. Highly Recommend these to everyone.
