Placed an order n paid on 6th august, still waiting n Dominic has ignored 3 emails this week, appalling!!

I am absolutely thrilled with my experience from start to finish with this company and product! Dominic was excellent discussing mine and the cats needs , really understanding kind and professional. My order was turned around quickly and the product is just BRILLIANT! My cats are safe ! We all get fresh air . They look smart they keep flies out too ! Just DELIGHTED!! Thanks Flat Cats !

Fantastic screens; our extended family uses them after seeing ours and they don't even have cats! Keeps our cats happy and we all feel safe; top notch customer service too. This is the type of business you should be giving your money to! We've bought screens for multiple houses and they fit perfect each time.

We bought one of these in a standard size as a test on Amazon. Then proceeded to buy 3 more standard ones as we loved them so much. We've now purchased 2 custom ones. They're amazing. We can now have windows left open in most of our rooms and not worry about escaping cats and bonus is they keep the bugs out too! The cats love sitting by them and getting the breeze and have never shown any interest in even trying to climb them or anything.

One of the best companies I have dealt with. Totally professional, helpful and a top quality product. Also, when I rang to order, the prices were less than I expected (a pleasant surprise). 5 stars.

I can't recommend Dominic's flatcat screens enough ! They are strong and sturdy and his customer service is impeccable. I stupidly measured my windows wrong (all 8 of them) and I honestly didn't think he would be able to change them because they were custom made and it was my fault but he remade them all for me with the correct measurements and sent them out really quickly. So grateful !

Great product with easy to follow instructions. Very seasonably priced too. It has taken me about 10 minutes to put it up. The measuring guidelines were great and I have received exactly what I needed. The net is much thicker than a regular mosquito net which makes it safe for cats to enjoy the fresh air coming in. My ragdoll cat is very pleased with the purchase too 😺Highly recommend!

Dominic and his wife were great..I made a few mistakes measurement wise and they happily helped me correct them, calmly and professionally..The product itself is great..Now I can open my apartment windows with confidence..Highly recommend Flat Cats..Good quality and easy to fit..Also very reasonable price wise..

Nice product - simple concept but very effective and does the job well. Our cat is safer as a result - she took a look at the screen and sniffed it, realised she can't get out, and has let it be. Great customer service too - Dominic was friendly and accommodating with the custom product we needed and postage was speedy. Thanks!

Dominic was so helpful with my order. I made some mistakes with measurements and he contacted me within a few hours of placing my order to check the measurements. They were then sent out and I received them within a few days. You can hardly notice the mesh covering on the windows and they are super safe/secure for my cat. Would definitely recommend.

The Flat Cats people were very helpful and friendly when we had questions about their product, and it arrived promptly after we ordered. We have various sized windows, and all the Flat Cats sent fit perfectly.

I would highly recommend Flat Cats. Very helpful with my window measurements. A very quick delivery. The screens were easy to put up, they work and they look good too.

Very pleased indeed with this product. It came very fast. I had chosen bespoke measurements and they were exactly right.
Most importantly the screens are very strong, definitely kitten proof, but also easy to remove to open or close the window.
Just took a couple of minutes to put each one up. Huge reassurance that we won't either have to swelter with the windows shut or else have an escaping kitten!

I needed a door screen to pass a condition of adopting my cat - spoke to Dominic who really took the time to work out exactly what I needed. Delivered two days later and worked perfectly. The problem was - it wasn't a perfect fit, but it was totally my error because I obviously don't know how to measure! Contacted Dominic again - and without hesitation has replaced it. No additional charge. If all companies had this exceptional customer service as a basic - we wouldn't need Trustpilot! Not to mention the product itself is super high quality and protects my cat from running out. Don't go elsewhere for screens when Flat Cats are purrfectly perfect!

As a nervous cat owner, I searched for a while before finding Flat Cats. My awning windows are quite old and don't have enough frame at the bottom to accommodate the border of the mesh, so I added a few centimetres to the bottom and fixed it at a right angle. It works perfectly. My cat was used to breaking through mesh in my previous flat, so she assumed she could again and gave it a good try, but it has stuck firm, with quality 3M adhesive. I can already see that it will take some plaster off the wooden window frame when the time comes to remove it, but that's not a fault of the product. I'm happy to recommend Dominic and his Flat Cat product. This is the real deal.

Dominic was so helpful in answering all my questions and these are such a great invention. They're well-made, easy to install, blend perfectly with the frames AND they keep the cats from falling from our flat window. Highly recommend.

Delivery was so fast! We really needed a product to prevent our house cats from escaping open windows and although we haven’t put them up yet they will definitely do the trick! We had a slight issue with the sizing on one which could have been an input error on my behalf but the owner was super helpful and understanding and sent out a replacement to the correct size with no hesitation! Talk about excellent customer service. Thank you! I am sure we will be ordering more in the future!

Fast delivery, really good customer service as well. Product itself is spot on, I cannot pick any faults and my active and interested cat hasn’t tried to tamper with them. We chose the white netting as we have white PVC and they blend incredibly well and aren’t an eyesore which was my fear. I heard about this product from my neighbour and I would definitely buy from again and have recommended my dad to use them too.

cats got through immediately. Not durable or usable.

Edit: Dominic has been very helpful, trying to help me figure out a solution and offer a replacement or money back so we can try again. Due to this have changed my rating of this company.
