Ordered a beer pack as a gift for a…
Ordered a beer pack as a gift for a friend who had just come out of hospital. Thought this would cheer him up. Unfortunately the gift card that I had requested was not included in the box and my friend had to spend hours trying to find out who had sent it. This spoiled what was meant to be a nice surprise. The response from customer service was not what I would have expected, luke warm to say the least with no satisfactory solution. I will not be ordering again and wont recommend.

Too many IPAs in the box
Too many IPAs in the box, I was expecting variety box but more than half of the collection was IPA and only 1 can was a stout which is what I like the most

Monthly Beer club just delivered had 2x cans of chocolate stout included when I have expressly said when asked for my preferences that I do not like stouts or beers of this nature, very disappointed as I have paid for 2 cans I do not drink.
