Excellent customer service from this Company. I asked for 2 harnesses to take on holiday with us and despite the holiday weekend they got them to me in time. Gave measurements and both harnesses fit perfectly. The Splashy dog harness is a great idea for my collie who loves to swim. Absolutely delighted.

Dog coat
I recently bought a waterproof coat for my rescue small lurcher. I was very impressed by its quality and it is the best fit I have found. It is really well designed and offers good protection for her. I have wasted a lot of money on coats that didn’t take account of the shape of this type of dog. Delivery was by Royal Mail and that was fine too. I will certainly be buying another coat.

An extremely well made harness. This harness has helped me keep my Jack Russell dog, safe on a big country estate where there are pheasant, partridge, hare, rabbits and squirrels. My dog cannot escape with this houdini harness. Ordering was very easy and Joanne talked me through the exact measurements , delivery was very prompt . I am delighted. Thank you.

I struggled to get a harness to fit my tiny yorkie. My experience from the get go was perfect. Joanne guided me through how to take the measurements to make sure the made to measure harness fitted properly she even found a dimante small enough to be placed on it. I got to choose the colour and there was plenty of variety. It arrived when I was told and I am very happy with the finished product, I bought two one for my bigger yorkie too. Joanne was really helpful and friendly when i spoke to her to order the harness. Our dog needed a custom fit.
We were given all the information about the order and postage etc before it was sent out.
When the harness arrived (very promptly) it is lovely and soft for the dog. Fits her beautifully and she doesn’t seem to notice it is on. Highly recommend

Super helpful from start to finish and a very high quality product. Had a problem with our dog backing out of her old harness and needed something more secure. Tailor made to fit our staffie, took two measurements with guidance from Joanne. The harness is made from high quality materials and at the same time very strong and soft. Fits perfectly.

Joanne made two harnesses for my whippets to their exact measurements. They are perfect because they don't sit immediately behind their front legs and so don't rub. There is a great choice of colours and the harnesses are really well made. They feel really robust so I expect that they'll last for a long time.

I cant ask for any more. The service was brilliant from the phone call about the size and issues I’ve had with other harnesses. The harness I recieved was absolutely spot on it fits my boy like a glove and it’s fleeced the whole way round so he doesn’t get sore under his forelegs. I am beyond pleased I love it

I have had three harnesses made by this company. Two for my first dog and one for my new dog. He has sensitive fur and his previous harness was causing hair loss due to the harder material rubbing. I love the fleece harnesses as they are nicely padded and appear comfortable. I also love the choice of colours. We chose yellow for our new dog as he’s nervous and it’s super vibrant, exactly what we wanted. Harnesses always fit well too.

I needed a custom size harness made for my bulldog cross. Joanne called me and I took measurements and gave them to her over the phone to make sure everything was correct. It took around five working days for the harness to be made and arrive at my house. The harness fits my dog perfectly and I am really pleased with it.
