A really good fleece harness which my spaniel likes - having hated the previous one, which I suspect rubbed him. He walks so much better on it - having almost pulled my arm off previously. Love the long, multi-use lead too. Being deep chested he needed a custom made harness, which fitted perfectly. Great customer service!

A good harness should last a lifetime. My first one from this company did just that - 7 years with my greyhound, a couple of fosters, and 1 year with my latest dog. Wearing out, it was time to replace (and put the older one in our emergency supplies). Great communication about measuring and fitting for a greyhound, great workmanship, too.

Great personal service. Talked me through measuring to get the best fit. Delivered on time as promised. This is a fantastic quality product purchased a harness and lead and they look fab and comfortable for the dog. Highly recommend.

Ordered my rescue small mixed breed puppy a custom-made fleece harness, and it arrived within a week! Her old harness was ok in the front, but was starting to dig into her ribs and wasn't adjustable there. The fleece harness is beautiful (with a lovely choice of colours available), and a perfect fit for my puppy, with room to grow (adjustable in the right place). We tried it today for the first time for a walk, and she was obviously comfortable in it. The harness is easy to put on and take off, and seems very sturdy and durable. Will be ordering another one once I know my puppy is done growing (as she tends to get muddy in the park, so need a spare!). This is her third harness (first one she grew out of but was always fiddly to take off) and I have finally found the perfect one - given every dog is unique (especially mixed breeds) it just makes sense to go for custom-made for the perfect fit. As a bonus, it was also cheaper than off-the shelf harnesses from big name brands (and actually made here in the UK). So glad I have discovered eDog!

Just ordered our sixth harness from this company. We keep going back as they're great quality and come in a lovely range of colours. They're thoughtfully designed to minimise the risk of escape and not interfere with shoulder movement. On this occasion I measured our new, very nervous rescue wrong so the size we ordered didn't fit. Joanne called me on a Saturday just a couple of hours after I emailed to let them know I thought we might need a custom size, gave me some advice on measuring, and said we could return the original harness for a refund which was very kind as it was entirely my fault it didn't fit. They must have then gotten to work on the custom order immediately as it arrived within the week (despite mail strikes). This one fits great and looks beautiful.

I highly recommend this company and their products and will certainly order from them again in future.

I have bought four harnesses of different colours over the past years from this company. They are professionally made, custom fit and look amazing, especially with the little diamanti butterfly sewn on. I highly recommend anyone to purchase from them.

I have ordered four harnesses and two leads for my two dogs. Two of the harnesses are to go over a fleece coat, hence why I needed two for each dog, one with fleece, one without. My dogs are Heinz 57 and one in particular has unusual measurements, hence tailored harnesses required. The harnesses fit perfectly, they are excellent quality, the padded fleece ensures comfort. The colours are lovely too. One of my dogs looks so smart in grey and green and the other looks like a little sweet in pink and purple! Leads are lovely too, well made, strong, great for me to hold and colours to match the harnesses. They are rescue dogs and had a rotten time in a previous life, so to be able to provide them with quality kit is wonderful! Super impressed, thank you so much and I will be ordering two coats from you in the New Year!

Terrible customer service. Having bought 3 items in the past which I was satisfied with- this counted for nothing, as with the latest purchase they would not believe there was anything wrong (my dog was wet after wearing the waterproof coat), even though I did my upmost to show them the evidence. I contacted Citizens Advice who advised me on a letter to send them with regards to the Customer Rights Act 2015. This being unsuccessful I contacted my bank who after reviewing all the evidence and correspondence took up the case. I was then contacted by Joanne who said they would refund the coat if I sent it back, which I did at my own expense. Unfortunately, no refund appeared, just an email from Joanne to say they had refunded the money but as I had made a complaint to my card provider "the funds are now on hold with them". So, believing this I contacted my bank who told me that they had Not received any refund, and to leave matters to them. Eventually a week later I had a call from the bank to say they had achieved a successful outcome and the money was now back in my account, one month and numerous emails later.

UPDATE. Thank you for your charming reply. Don't judge everyone by your own standards. It's clear after reading your responses to others who have dared to complain about any of your products that you are not worth the time and effort. Myself and my banks fraud department know the truth, and without their intervention I wouldn't have had a positive outcome.

The fleece harnesses from EDog are fantastic. Perfect fit, vrry confortable, washable snd it dries quickly after it gets wet. I ordered in the last 5 years 6 harnesses from Austria( all different colours) for my miniture dachshund . I can highly recomnend them as they are absolutely TOP

I have recently purchased a custom made harness for my cavachon,Hugo. I want to thank Joanne & Becca the Manufacturing Manager their exemplary customer service & quality of the harness; which was exquisitely made. This is Hugo’s first ever perfectly fitted harness; I have bought other well known brands which have always rubbed him sore behind his front legs & tummy. I telephoned Fleece Dog for sizing advice; Joanne was amazing she understood the dilemma and talked me through the measuring process and explained why he did not fit a standard harnesses. The whole process of ordering & delivery was seamless.

Lovely new harness for my little Morkie. I’ve bought various styles of harness, none of which really fit her. This does. It’s not bulky like some and the fleece lining looks as though it’s really comfy. Very happy.

I would highly recommend this company I have just purchased a third harness from them the first 2 being for our beloved pug that we had and has unfortunately just crossed over the rainbow bridge the new one being for a French bulldog. All harnesses had to be made to order due to the shape of both dogs. Ordering was made very easy for me as I was talked through the process over the phone, the harnesses themselves are extremely well made and very smart, I always feel that the dog is safe and secure in it and we get lots of compliments as to how smart they are.

Bought 2 new harnesses for my 5 month old puppies, spend so much money looking for the right harness and Joanne made the perfect ones for bruno and Teddy fit so well and are so comfortable not to mention they’re beautiful colours! Can’t recommend Joanne’s services enough

I have always struggled to find harnesses that fit my Yorkshire terriers perfectly.
I ordered 2 custom made harnesses and Joanne was extremely helpful from start to finish. Unfortunately I measured one of the dogs incorrectly but they made the alterations free of charge.
I would definitely order from them again.

Be careful, try a standard harness first then at least you can get a refund, or swapped for a better fit. I am £51.00 worse off, with a harness that does not fit and nothing can be done. In the bin it goes!

I sought advice regarding sizing, because I've never bought a harness before, I was told a standard size would not fit and a personal fit would be needed, also instructed to measure tight and with no allowances. The chest was altered by a fraction of a standard size (all very confusing when you have a sick dog), but I'd of been happy with the standard size myself. My dog was on morphine at the time so the advice given for measuring obviously didn't work in my case and surely with their experience (I was relying on) they would've advised me to wait as they were aware he was unable to stand at the time. I trusted their judgement and advice whilst I was worried sick about the vets awful diagnosis.
The joke is, the harness would of been best as standard size, not the adjusted size, also, the order confirmation asks you to check details but it states you can't amend sizes as the pattern is already made!
