Where are you??
They have been quite keen to get our car back. We’ve had the early termination quote and sent back a confirmation that they can collect the car on the 16th April. No reply. And they’ve tried to take the next installment which luckily we had cancelled the DD for.
The car has been sat for weeks waiting to be collected.

Updated from Order to Delivery
I've just taken delivery of my new Cupra Born that i've leased through ICL. After placing my order i've been in regular contact with Hazel over the last 3-4 months while waiting for build and delivery.
Hazel is an absolute saint, she's been so helpful and kept me in the loop and updated all the way from signing the Finance paperwork in September with the Funder, up to and including Delivery of the car yesterday. I can't thank her enough for putting up with me!!
I'll definitely be recommending ICL/Fleet Alliance to anyone I know who may be interested in leasing their next vehicle.

Really poor so far. first time customer
Ordered a car promised the car would be here for early dec, was given delivery date of 16th. Now been told car is out of stock, and not with dealer, paid 1 month already also. Asked when the car will arrive they can't give me a delivery date, advised with let me know next week, when xmas is next week?

Great service, no pushy sales people; just friendly advice.
I was impressed by John Gallagher who was extremely helpful, and not at all pushy or pressurizing unlike the many other lease companies i talked to. Also the ease of using the website and the prices quoted were very impressive.

I was informed that the vehicle is in…
I was informed that the vehicle is in stock and will be delivered in December well before Christmas.
However a different officer send me email, advising that the delivery date will be established in mid January 2025.
Delivery may be sometime in March 2025?
I found actions of sales person really impressive, but it was not realistic.
