The ordering process was super easy and the delivered product was gorgeous! My only complaint is that I sent flowers to someone, setting the delivery address at their house, but the flowers were instead delivered to their workplace. As well, the message to print inside the card was printed and tape to the outside of the card (for everyone to see).
Regardless, the recipient loved them and I would use this service again!

I'm thoroughly impressed with the flower delivery service. The flowers arrived fresh and beautifully arranged with gift, exceeding my expectations. I have never received my order. I have also attempted to contact you more than 15 times without being able to speak with anyone.
Additionally, your tracking system does not provide any clear or useful information regarding the status of my order, which has only made the situation more frustrating.

I paid extra to have my package delivered on a specific day, but it arrived frozen and 4 days late. That is completely unacceptable.
On top of that, the package was delivered to the wrong address. This caused even more delay and frustration.
Customer service promised to get back to me the same day with a solution, but I have still heard nothing. I have contacted them multiple times and received no proper response.
Very disappointing experience. I will not be ordering from this company again.

Very bad service 😡, I was looking to do an order, the billing address was the same as the mailing address, I was looking to change it, I didn't press the button to order, I was just preparing it, and it went through without pressing order. I called right away, the agent was hanging the phone. I asked to change the shipping address, after calling about 10 times, they couldn't help. They say they cannot change anything, I asked for a cancellation, also impossible. I was so mad. I sent many emails asking to change the address, I received an email saying they don't do modifications and order was in process. This is very bad service, I lost my money and I am sending myself flowers... Stay away from that company, behind it is Bloomex. This is my ref number ending with 4006.

I ordered flowers for a funeral, I paid for the biggest size 124$ plus tax. When the family received it they sent me a photo and it didn't look like the ones on the photos. I sent an email but I haven't received any comment from this company 2 weeks later...

Absolut fraud!!!!!! I did an order online for my mom birthday. Delivery should have been done on Monday. Monday i received an email saying that delivery will be on Tuesday. I send an email saying that it was unacceptable, i wanted to cancel my order because they are unable to deliver on time. They never responded to me so i called them and i was not able to speak with someone. Should have red their reviews before ordering.
Do yourself a flavor; DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CRAPPY WEBSITE ( FLEUR QUÉBEC). Better to encourage our local fleurist.
