Worse company EVER
I ordered flowers for my sister who just lost her husband.
They delivered to her house and left the flowers at -22 degre Celsius.
My sister got home with dead flowers.FROZEN.
They asked a picture of the flowers to maybe get a store credit.
Who would call a sad widow and ask to take a picture and send to me?
What kind of company is this?

Bad Customer Support
I bought a big arrangement, and I received what appeared to be a small one. I wrote them an email to try to figure out what went wrong, and they never replied.
They also printed the congratulatory note that I wrote on the side, on the back of a marketing flyer....

Important delivery for a 25th birthday, got an e-mail at 3pm to advise me wouldn't be delivered until the following day of the original delivery date. On phone for 1:30 hours before I was able to speak to someone. Awful.

A few issues with delivery but Bloomex reached out and made everything right!! There has been great communication and support throughout my ordeal. I cannot complain about the customer service representatives as every one of them have been under standing, caring, respectful and supportive each time I reached out!
