Adequate insurance cover for us, with our medical histories, at a reasonable price.
You could get additional cover, optionally, but we didn't need it.

We have found Flexicover to be a very good organisation to arrange our travel insurance with. They have been thorough in discussing our insurance requirements and reviewing medical issues and where extra cover is required. Eg for cruise trips. When we needed to make a claim this was dealt with swiftly and efficiently.

Did this travel insurance on line everything went well and easy to do.but when I payed with my card I never received an e-mail of my policy or to say payment had gone through.so I had to give them a call to sort it out which they did very quickly.got my e-mail straight away and also the policy through the post.

Really good for Allergies !
I’ve been using this company for years for mine and my kids holiday insurance. Now my kids are grown up they continue to use this company.
All done online, it’s quick and hassle free and the best of it is I know we are all covered. Be aware that some insurance providers don’t cover anaphylaxis ( severe allergies) we have holiday insurance with our bank but it doesn’t cover allergies. I would highly recommend flexicover.

Would never use this company again as the insurance company that they use Collinson. Don’t pay out a claim in full and try every trick in the book not to pay. Nothing but stress for the last nine months now having to take them to the ombusman Mind you, I don’t hold out much hope as I think they’re all in it together often wonder is it worth taking out an insurance policy just a complete rip-off
