I had problems inserting the rolls into…
I had problems inserting the rolls into the printer because they were a wider piquin. the measurements indicated were 80 mm but the rolls were a little larger. for now I managed to cut the roll by a few millimeters but for the future I would like to have rolls that do not exceed 80 mm. if by chance you have let me know that I will be happy to buy them back from you. thanks for your attention and good day

This company is a dodgy company
This company is a dodgy company, we order Polypropylene material labels, they sent paper label, when we contacted the company and explained the manager said, that he cannot help and simply he said he will not accept return.
Be careful.
I do not recommend this company.

Hi Majid, we are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the labels received last month. Upon checking your order details, we can see that you ordered the same paper labels in Apr 2024 and Oct 2024.
In comparison to the paper labels that you paid for, plastic labels fall in a higher price range due to their durability, therefore we are unable to exchange these for free.
To resolve the matter, we suggested you keep the paper labels at a 50% discount and pay for the difference between paper and plastic label prices, and we deliver it for free however you refused to accept our offer.
Although we have been unable to conclude the matter on this occasion, if you change your mind within 14 days please get in touch and we will be happy to help. Kind regards Flexi Team

These guys have been my go-to for my product labels for a long time. Orders always arrived quickly. I don't know what's changed lately but orders are taking weeks to arrive. I chased an order up a few weeks ago that was already two-weeks late and they only processed it when I called them. Now I am awaiting more labels that are getting near the two week mark. Really annoying as now I'm forced to try find a new supplier that does textured labels.

Ease of use and great service.
Firstly, a very simple and useful slider function on the website to narrow down the labels available for the particular size I required, and once decided plenty of options for the type of finish and adhesive required.

Fantastic Service
We have used Flexi Labels several times now and each time they have been fantastic. Our orders have been dispatched and delivered quickly, well packaged and all present and correct. The website is brilliant. It's easy to find what you need even when you don't fully know what size and spec you need. The labels are great value for money, we buy all of our labels from Flexi Labels. Price up. Quality down.
I have ordered from Flexi labels several times over the years. However I noticed on the last order the paper quality had dropped considerably. Consequently the new labels get jammed in the printer more often. I reached out to Flexi labels and they said it was due to their supplier and they replied with it was 'beyond our control'. Dissapointing as used to be a good product.

Moreover, we have not received any other complaints regarding the quality as we have many customers who order this product from us on a daily basis. There is a possibility that the material manufacturer has slightly changed the construction in response to pulp shortage back in 2021-2022, however, this would only be by a few microns difference and would not affect the appearance, compatibility and usage of this product. Unfortunately, you did not respond to our email so we could not come to some conclusion over this matter. CUSTOM MADE REMOVABLE LABELS *****
I buy labels for using on the PVC Protective sleeve of records. The thorn in the side of all record collectors are stickers which are difficult to remove.I found this company that custom makes labels to specific sizes and can be made as removable.I have been pleased with the labels received from this company.
Postage charges are a bit on the high side however the packing method is extremely good so well worth paying the extra to have the labels delivered in tip top condition.
I would recommend Flexi labels to all Record collectors,buyers and sellers.
