We have used Peter in the Chelmsford office to book two sets of long haul flights over the past couple of years. Both times Pete has been enormously helpful and professional. Helping us get the best cost and itineraries, checking in before the flights to see if we have everything we need and then after the holiday to see how it went. I'd recommend them to anyone needing help with a long-haul trip.

Stacey was brilliant helpfully organise the cancellation of my part of my wife and I's flight booking to Australia leaving her booking intact. Brandon Darling put together the most magical trip to Iceland for myself and my partner. I myself thought it was a birthday trip however my partner was also planning to propose and Brandon helped him every step of the way to create a holiday to remember. We got engaged at the blue lagoon and it’s an experience I’ll never forget. Iceland is beautiful and flight centre were extremely helpful every step of the way.
