This is the second time that Hope has booked our flights to Thailand. On both occasions we found her very friendly and efficient, and managed to find us flights that suited us. We will continue to use Flight Centre.

Had a great experience with Flight…
Had a great experience with Flight Centre Chelmsford again! Spoke to Brandon on the phone first, and he was professional and calm right from the start. Then the emails came in—super clear communication, letting me know his availability and when he could get back to me.
Flights booked, everything sorted, and honestly, couldn’t be happier with the customer service. This is my second time using them, and once again, a fantastic experience!

I had a really good experience at a flight Centre Chelmsford.
I had a really good experience today booking my flights to Australia. Brandon was apparently quite new to the job but dealt with me in a calm and friendly manner, and was very helpful the during my visit. I’d definitely recommend going to him for a great service.

We have just got back from Thailand
We have just got back from Thailand. We had one night in Bangkok, 6 nights in Ko Phangan and 1in Ko Samui. Gavin Sutton from Chelmsford Flight Centre was absolutely fantastic he could not have been more helpful! He always reassured us and went out of his way to clarify everything to do with the different transfers. He even replied to an email in his non working hours to put my mind at ease. He made sure we knew all contact details for emergency’s etc whilst in Thailand. Everything went so smoothly and we honestly had the best time. All of the staff at the flight centre were very accommodating even when Gavin was busy with a customer another member of staff was extremely helpful. I will definitely be booking another holiday with Gavin in the future.
