I needed to book a trip to Peru and used Flight Centre as I had used them before. YOUSSEF EL ASHRY , helped me find the best option. He was very kind, helpful, friendly and patient. I must have called him 10 times before deciding and he was at all times happy to help me. I am really grateful to him. Highly recommended.

I cannot sing the praises of ALEX highly enough. He was so knowledgeable and helpful booking my flights to Australia. He talked me through all the options and gave me time to process all the information he was giving me. He answered all my questions and was so polite that he didn't even groan when I lost all his emails to me and we had to go back to the start of the process again!

I dealt with Youssef from the the start of the process to end, he was excellent in sorting out my flight. The price was very reasonable.

On a journey to southern Chile, I had a complicated series of flights and Alex helped me work out the best and simplest route. He worked hard to make sure I had everything I needed. We had an amazing trip and I definitely recommend Flight Centre for excellent knowledge, connections and support.

Alex at the Clapham branch recently helped us book our flights to Sydney. It was our first time travelling long haul with our baby and he ensured we secured the bassinet seats and were sat together on all legs. He was very flexible and found us different flights when needed. Highly reccomend and huge thanks to Alex.

Sam McDougall was our holiday advisor to arrange our flights, hotel accommodation and transfers for a three-week trip around Asia. We initially spoke almost a year ago to book initially and Sam gave us lots of choice, advice and great tips like booking the Shinkansen bullet train in Japan. We were delighted with her friendly, warm and professional manner and she always has the time to chat with us. As the trip near Sam updated our itinerary and made sure all the final timings were agreed etc. During our actual trip war broke out in the Middle East and despite the fact we had more than two weeks before we were due to return home, with Qatar Airways, via Doha Sam was quick to let us know that we were on her radar. A few days later she contacted us to say that she had found us a safe way to get home, via Asiana Airlines via Seoul. She literally took care of everything including an airport hotel for the layover and reassured us she would deal with the refund from Qatar Airways too. We had no time to worry, we did not feel stressed and until we started speaking to other people who were not as fortunate as us we did not fully appreciate just how amazing San is. People were being left stranded for weeks with no communication from anyone. Sam was proactive, reassuring, ultra efficient and basically she made it look effortless! She is brilliant and not only would we not hesitate to use her again, but we will be recommending her to everyone we know! We truly hope you know what an amazing asset Sam is to your company and we really want to say a massive thank you to Sam McDougall for her amazing service! She is a real star. THANK YOU SAM

Sam McDougall was so helpful - she made the whole flight booking process so enjoyable and easy. I will never book online again. She found the cheapest flight option, organised an airport hotel and put everything on hold for 24 hrs so we did not feel at all rushed into making the final decision. Thank you!

Anxious to return to the UK from Australia not with Emirates via Dubai as to my outward journey, Ollie was able to find me 3 viable alternatives almost immediately, one of which I have chosen, was sympathetic to my situation and reassuring from the beginning. Excellent service as per our previous visit. Alex this time as Hannah previously, helped us book our families trip to Japan which is always a little complicated due to our split flights. But again he managed to get us exactly what we asked for, a good price and within our timing requirements. Flight Centre in Clapham is highly recommended.
