Flight centre and leo my first call when I travel
I use flight centre because the travel experience with them is my access to travelling with confidence and without worry because their service is amazing. Leo, my agent is so devoted and consistent to helping. he always goes beyond to make sure i am absolutely happy with my itinerary and the cost. Getting it just right. He was there when I missed a flight back from HK with a plan and affordable. At 1 in the morning he was literally my saviour. Whenever I travel he is my first call. Debs L

My 3rd booking with Flight Centre Northcote Rd
Leo was extremely helpful and explained everything clearly setting out the different options and prices for my journey to Auckland. He answered all my questions and made certain aspects of preparation as easy as possible. He was sensitive to my nervousness about the travel.

Short Trip
I wanted a more personal experience when booking this trip for my sons birthday, Tayla did not disappoint, she was patient and found the best deals for my budget

A dream trip to Argentina came true
I had planned to make a trip to Argentina for so long and could not find any travel agencies that would make it possible in the budget I had. Flight Centre helped me so much. I cannot only but thank so much Leo Mbiyu who booked all our flights (international and internal), our accommodation and transports where needed. He has been so helpful and kind throughout the 6 months I organised this trip. I know that I will go back to Flight Centre for my next trip because I felt Leo cared and did his best to make my dream trip come true. Thank you Leo !

Truly fantastic experience
I had a very complex and complicated multi stop flight plan, after being ignored by another travel agent, Sam answered my call and was so very helpful. She took the time to listen to what I was after and kept me in the loop while she found all of the flights I needed. Her attention to detail was incredible and ended up getting me a great deal.
Sam is an asset to this company and deserves to be recognised for her brilliant customer service.
I could not recommend her enough.

I needed to book a flight to Thailand…
I needed to book a flight to Thailand and got through to Leo at their Clapham branch. After several options I finally opted for the one that suited me the best.
At all times Leo was always quick to respond and was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
