Friendly professional and efficient service.

My travel agent Caitlin was so helpful and knowledgeable. She found several flights for Sydney and patiently helped me to select the route and time that best suited me. She was available on the phone and in person at the Flight Centre. She also offered further help for checking in if I need it.

We have booked with Flight Centre a number of times now and we have always had top class service. This time was no exception. Scarlett in Horsham branch, is very knowledgeable, efficient,and helpful. She is also very patient, and took time to explore lots of different flight options for us. We would highly recommend Scarlett to family and friends.

Michelle was very polite and helpful when making this booking , she answered all queries that we had concerning our up and coming trip and I would very happily award her 100% for all of her telephone manner .

Rachel has again fulfilled all my expectations - I have been dealing with her since 2017 on a regular basis - both for international travel as well as short haul flights throughout Europe. Rachel’s knowledge is thorough and comes from her being well travelled as well as knowing her subject. She has been there for me at times when flights have been delayed, conflict has arisen in the world and caused havoc - but she has remained calm and has found a way to get me home. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
