We have booked several holidays with Scarlett at the Horsham Flight Centre office. She has always been exceptionally helpful as we are pensioners and custom-build our holidays. Nothing fazes Scarlett who is unfailingly helpful and patient. She goes above the call of duty to ensure that everything goes smoothly for us and comes to our rescue if anything untoward happens.

Flight Centre has helped us to select and plan our holidays , each year ,over several years.
The companies' representatives have provided us with a first class service throughout . Most of our dealings have been with assistant manager Scarlett Martin at the Horsham branch .
She has time and time again demonstrated to us to be a person with extensive knowledge and experience in the field of world- wide travel , We think having confidence in the company is of paramount importance when it comes to having adventurous holidays,especially at our age .Scarlett patience and uderstanding when we needed reassurence was of the highest order , put simply , she posses these personal supportive atributes /qualities in spades. Her awareness of our needs both in budgetary terms and our physical limitations due to our ages , has been at the forefront of her planning advice to us .Also ,our natural fear of technical issues re : Visa requirements , passport and currency issues etc were explained clearly to us with no fear of ambiguity on our part. Scarlett was very helpful in explaining the changes to my flight, making the experience less stressful. She managed the situation in a competent manner which meant things were handled without any problems.

Scarlett provided an excellent personal service when booking my solo holiday to Australia and Singapore.
She was on hand to make adjustments to the original itinerary and provided telephone support when required and arranged for her colleagues to be aware of any issues that were raised so that there was continuity between client and customer.

I cant fault my experience with Scarlett Martin at the Horsham flight centre. Her initial route recommendation worked perfectly and when i needed to change my flights from abroad she was unbelievably helpful and responsive!

I was Recommended to speak with Rachel Mason-Smith who was the manager of the Horsham branch. I needed help with business flights to Australia and she went above and beyond with her help and answering my many questions I had and all very quickly. Within 24 hours she provided me with an excellent flight and timings were great and all seats booked too. Can't fault her service.

Went to Flight Centre in Horsham with my friend and Michelle organised our 3 day trip to Lille, travelling Eurostar. Also staying in a lovely Hotel in the centre of Lille. Michelle’s service went above and beyond we expected! She is very professional and a lovely lady. Would highly recommend.

I had enquired about going on a cruise for the first time as a solo passenger and was genuinely 50/50 as to whether or not to do it, but after speaking with Michelle - she has been absolutely fantastic and has completely got me engaged with the holiday and I have gone on and booked it! She has been so knowledgeable and giving out great advice and any query or question I have asked has never been any problem for her to answer. Michelle was so helpful during my recent trip to Australia, especially regarding the situation in the Middle East, keeping me informed about the on-going situation with flights home via Dubai and making sure I got home safely. She managed to change my seats to better ones when they became available and even helped me out with problems with luggage on an internal flight which (as I had Qantas points to use up) I hadn’t booked through her.
